If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This Dunkin location is an absolute disaster and reflects some of the most unprofessional management I’ve ever encountered. The leadership here is disorganized, dismissive, and clearly has no understanding of business ethics. One of the female managers is especially hostile and extremely rude. When I asked a simple question, I was met with an unnecessary level of hostility and aggression that I have genuinely never experienced anywhere else. Many members of the management come off as extremely entitled and feel that their position gives them the right to be rude. I also had an unpleasant experience when interacting with other staff members. Two staff members in particular were yelling and interacting with everyone in a very hostile way, which set a very negative tone for the entire location. The food quality is just as bad as the management. My bagel was rock-hard, and my coffee tasted like water with no flavor. Despite ordering a latte with caramel and whipped cream, they gave me a completely different coffee with no flavor or toppings. It was the worst coffee I ever tasted and highlights what happens when a store is understaffed. I also ended up feeling extremely sick after trying their chocolate donut. I’ve had donuts at many other Dunkin’s before and never had an issue, but the donuts here are dry and probably old. Nothing about this location feels clean or welcoming. There are many other businesses in the area which offer higher quality products at a much more reasonable price. There is a reason this store is mostly empty. Many other reviews have highlighted similar issues. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location where you will be treated with respect and offered food that tastes good. There’s no reason to spend $20 just to get rude treatment, dry donuts, poorly prepared coffee, and hard bagels.

Walked in to pick up a few donuts. They only had French crullers no other donuts….only bagels for some reason. Also no one came up to assist or talk or anything, we stood there for a while and left, because again…no donuts at Dunkin DONUTS…

I had the absolute worst customer experience of my life today. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich that by default comes with American cheese with extra white cheddar. When I get the sandwich, it was missing the American cheese. I went up and told the lady that my sandwich was missing one of the cheeses very politely, and she immediately started speaking to me very dismissively and rudely. She said no that’s what you ordered, there’s no extra cheese even though I was showing her evidence of the order on my phone, and then got so agitated she slapped a piece of cheese on my bagel and said here you want cheese, there you go. I was absolutely appalled. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She started saying I can’t remake it for you ate half the bagel, even though I had quite literally only taken 2 bites and hadn’t noticed the missing cheese before then, and roped in another worker who also started saying I ate half the bagel and telling me I’m wrong. I look young, and it really feels like these two Dunkin donut workers ganged up on me because they thought they could get away with treating me badly. Just horrible, will never be returning again.

We visited this location with over 60 campers during the week, to end our day/week on a sweet & positive note. The staff there could not have been better. They took our orders in an efficient manner, cranked them out in the speediest of deliveries, did not miss a beat despite the vast and diverse orders AND did It all with smiles on their faces!

Consistently correct orders and the food is well made. I drive an extra 5 mins to work to hit this dunkin vs the one on 18. That one has given me so many wrong orders and cold sandwiches that I’ve given up on it. This one however, always great.

This Dunkin’ is an absolute nightmare. I waited over 20 minutes for cold, stale food that was completely inedible. The coffee tasted like water, the sandwich was soggy, and the staff was nowhere to be found. The place was filthy and clearly mismanaged. They need to shut this location down—it’s beyond saving. if i could i would give it 0 stars.

I keep trying to give this place a chance. However, they keep the doors locked in the morning and EVERY time I order a triple chocolate chip muffin, it’s like a rock. It is stale and hard. Think I’m done going there. Go to manalapan or further down on 18, don’t waste your money here. I have a friend that owns multiple chains in Long Island and he told me his muffins are made fresh everyday. Clearly this is not the case here.
