The associate, Emily, working the Drive Thru window is so friendly and attentive. Not only does she display an up-beat positive attitude on the job and handled my order quickly and efficiently, but she gave me coupons to encourage me to visit this location again and when I asked about the seasonal dog toys, she brought them out and let me hold and examine them without me even having to ask. My experience in other drive thru restaurants is usually not as positive, especially at other Dunkin locations, and I’m aware that management is usually not responsible for the behavior of their associates, so to the management of this location – please reward Emily for being so personable with customers and demonstrating critical skills necessary to maintain customer clientele, as she deserves it.

Absolutely awful, the last 4 times I have gone there something is always wrong or not good. Today was the worst at the drive through they didn’t wait for me to even pull up before asking for my order then they couldn’t here me and got it completely wrong after actually pulling up to the speaker did they get it correct, I pull up to the window for my order I get my coffee and the girl behind the window tells me to have a nice day I didn’t get food I ordered I tell her she isn’t paying much attention because she’s too busy playing with a child running behind the counter and tells me the other person will get it when it’s ready but it’s sitting right behind her already done not sure if the person next to her was new or he either didn’t hear her or had no clue what she said. He takes the initiative to look at bag and my order on the screen and realizes it’s mine and give it to me and I drive away but that’s not it I was in a rush because the had a line so I didn’t open my coffee until I arrived at work at it is wrong I adjust so annoyed because this isn’t the first second or even third time at the Dunkin.

I dropped by this Dunkin as I was traveling for work. When I tried to pay, there was an issue with their system. I tried Apple Pay, inserting the card, and ultimately a second credit card and none worked. The workers were extremely rude and claimed it was “my fault” that the machine wasn’t working. While we were trying to figure this out, their drive through system crashed as well showing that this was not a me problem but a dunkin problem. Following this, they continued to blame my credit card and said that it was the reason their system crashed. After numerous attempts with different machines and different credit cards it ended up working.
I stayed to work in the dunkin for another 30 minutes and the workers continuously were making rude comments about me even though I was sitting 10 feet away. I don’t normally write Google reviews but the service was so absurd I needed to post something.

We came here for the drive through but it is very poorly marked. This is important because it is set at the far end of a busy strip mall and you need to drive behind the buildings to reach the window. Food was delicious, but I miss my original coffee collars.

The service providers at this Dunkin are so kind and service is fast. They greet you like they are so happy to see you. The coffee, tea , sandwiches donuts are always fresh compared to other Dunkin’s in the area. And if there is a problem with your order they correct it with a smile. I drive out of my way everyday because of all I have mentioned and I tell all my friends to go there.

Saturday July 20 2024 I drove into Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through and picked up two decaf coffees when I get home I notice it has caffeine in it because I’m sensitive to caffeine. They did put labels of decaf on the cups but it wasn’t decaf coffee in the cups when I called up to explain that they put caffeine in the cup. We asked to talk to the manager. They hung up on us twice They need to treat customers better . I’ve been there a couple of times and one time a worker locked the door one time before the time they was supposed to closed. and I talked to the manager a couple of times about this.It’s really sad that there’s no customer service that treat customer right anymore I went through drive-through at 5:45 PM. These people should be reprimanded for hanging up on customers.

I will never go back here again. I ordered well done bacon and they gave me bacon that wasn’t even cooked or added the chipotle sauce on it or gave me my hashbrowns at all. Horrible service. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ll never go to this location again and the people I work with agree. I visited the drive through 2 days ago and left after the person who took my order was rude multiple times through the speaker. When I pulled up to the window, there was a worker walking back and forth laughing and looking at me so I left so that I didn’t get a coffee laced with spit. I told this awful story to coworkers and they all had a story to tell about the staff making odd videos while working, saying odd things to the customers, messing up their orders and being berated when their order was messed up.

I don’t order from here regularly in the morning. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly. They were out of coconut milk so I did have to order differently than planned. My food order included Bacon & Cheddar Egg Bites and I was disappointed that it was overdone on the top, since it was the first time I’ve ever gotten it that way. I had traveled a bit out of my way to have the convenience of their drive thru but don’t think I’ll be returning during very early morning shift.
I’ve been there at different hours of the day and the service varies greatly depending on the staff at hand, a not so unusual factor at many businesses. I still give it a high score because courteousness goes a long way in my book.
