Love the staff here. …Always friendly and quick service. However. I used the ladies room here (with a key) and it was the most disgusting bathroom I have seen at a Dunkin. The whole place actually was not as clean as I would want TBh. I can not imagine the staff is washing hands after using the restroom and if they are- they’re probably spreading more germs that not washing. Get some bleach in this place and a proper cleaning crew. Gross

I was very disappointed in the product. I bought 25 munchkins, 1/2 jelly filled, the other half chocolate. The jelly filled were flat like they were crushed, some had no other than residue from the filling nozzle, and they were definitely stale. They should not be crunchy! The chocolate ones were ok. The service was very friendly and the store was clean. It was unfortunate I did not check the munchkins until I got home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I went to this Dunkin Donuts this Saturday, frequent the place often almost 4 times a week. I ordered a medium ice coffee, less ice, and 15 skim milks. I received my ice coffee and told them I needed a little more skim milk. I do not like my coffee strong. The cashier/worker ( who by the way is always there, so he knows my order) told me he couldn’t get me any more skim milk because they were busy.??? What?? I ordered my coffee and I was told I couldn’t get what I wanted. Raised my voice, and told them I would go back to get more skim milk because I paid for my coffee the way I wanted it. Finally, after asking a number of times totally upset at how I was being treated they gave me some more skim milk. This establishment is at the very least an embarrassment to any Dunkin Donuts. They are always slow, short staffed, and barely will satisfy you. Horrible customer service!!

I would give Zero stars if I could. I was there yesterday and two people asked for their money back, and two others left because the service is so poor. There are usually only 2 people on staff. Let me be clear it is not because of the workers, it’s because the OWNER doesn’t have enough employees on staff. I’ve been going there for 5 years and the OWNER refuses to staff it properly. I feel bad for the employees.

Never more than 2 employees at any one time. Takes 20 minutes to get one coffee. Cashier barely speaks english.So frustrating. 90 plus degrees outside and I think it was cooler outside. Owner is obviously a cheap skate.

Honestly would give it a zero! The service is horrible ! Ask for a HOT Coffee and got an ICE coffee instead also was pressuring me to be done ordering had such an attitude I for sure will not come back

The coffee was good I have to say but the employees attitude is terrible! I ordered a couple if drinks and i specifically said “Iced caramel latte” and when i received my drink it was hot so i kindly told him and he had told me that I did not say iced. Also my siblings ordered bagles and they came back hollowed out, burnt and soggy!

I always go into this dunkin and it’s my favorite. Today I went in an the lady that was working there was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I ordered whip cream on my iced coffee and was charged for it and she did not put it on so when I asked her to she gave me a death stare and much attitude. I will not be going into this dunkin any longer because of the rudeness of this employee. #disappointed
