I’m definitely done with Dunkin Donuts . I’ve given this location on Adelphia, in Freehold New Jersey so many opportunities. They have given me unsweetened ice tea in the past that has tasted like cleaning solutions, they recently have given me the wrong order 2 days in a row. I ordered 2 a grilled cheese sandwiches on plain bagels with bacon and for 2 days in a row got the grilled cheese with no bacon. They did compliment me for the errors by giving me the bagels for free, the following 2 days but then today I order the same thing, get home and find that my bagel looks like it has some form of flesh eating bacteria on the outside of the entire bagel. I’m done with dunkin donuts . Too much B.S. Too many time this continues to happen, over and over again. Now your trying to kill me with this food. This is crazy

Hands down this has to be the best dunkin location in the Howell-Freehold area. The donuts and munchkins here are the freshest of any dunkin location I go to. This location also has Apple Spice donuts which I can’t find anywhere in Howell, only at the freehold locations.

I walked in and saw that the store was a little busy. There was a line and people were getting impatient. There was one girl working the front registers and the other 4 or 5 were in the back laughing in what I believe is Spanish. The girl behind the register did a great job and was extremely polite and helpful. What was unacceptable is how slow my order came out. I am very disappointed, usually they’re pretty good with how fast everything comes out.

Every time I go to this place it gets worst and worst. Even when you place your order, they make you feel they understand you, but….voila…assorted munchkins not being assorted, just 3 kind of them for 50 pcs…on top of that you order your iced coffee or iced tea with sugar, you tell them you want 5 pumps of liquid sugar, and voila….coffee or tea without sugar. Never coming again.

It’s one thing after another with this place. The food is fresh, but the quality is awful, because the employees mess-up everything. The staff is always very nice, but they make a lot of mistakes and they don’t take pride in doing their jobs correctly. I’m sure their own personal orders are made just fine. It’s really shameful considering the prices the owner charges. This is my Boston cream donut. They usually put it in the bag upside down, but today they wrapped it in paper so the icing is on the tissue paper instead of the bottom of the bag. For a short time, they had little boxes that they put the donuts in and they were perfect. It will be interesting to see if this location lasts now that consumer habits are changing and people are working from home. I won’t miss them, if they go out of business. The 2nd picture is a toasted croissant, which was so cold that the butter couldn’t even melt. I was told I have to ask for it extra toasted, which we all know means it will be intentionally burnt. “Toast is bread that has been browned by exposure to radiant heat. The browning is the result of a Maillard reaction, altering the flavor of the bread and making it firmer so that it is easier to spread toppings on it. Toasting is a common method of making bread more palatable.” – Wikipedia. In the event this Dunkin actually reads this review, the 3rd picture is what customers expect when they ask for something to be toasted.

I come here every once in a while, but today in particular, the girl, Ellie, was so kind and understanding when I explained to her how I wanted my drink and she made sure that I was satisfied and that everything was up to standard for me! This is my favorite store!!!

A great dunkin location. Ordered my mobile order from inside of the parking lot and it was done within 3 minutes. Got a large caramel iced coffee and a large pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Both were delicious! I have had caramel iced coffees made wrong by some locations, but this one made it great. Will definitely order from here again while in the area.

I did a mobile ordered and asked if they could put whipped cream since it’s not an option. They charged me for the price of a munchkin at the window & there was barely any whipped cream on both of my coffees. Point is if your going to charge me for something make sure I’m getting what you’re charging me extra for.
