Manager Needs to Contact Me ASAP!!!!

WORST EMPLOYEE IN STORE —> White guy with Petite Goatee beard.
This was hands-down the MOST disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin, and management needs to contact me immediately. I pulled up to the drive-thru and simply asked for a receipt so I could add my points on the app. Instead of helping, the employee went out of his way to be rude and dismissive. He kept repeating that the “only way” to get points is to scan before ordering — which is NOT true, because customers can add points manually with a receipt.

When I asked him to call his manager, he actually slammed the drive-thru window in my face and told me he wasn’t doing anything for me. Then he told me to “get out of here” and used abusive language. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — this was straight-up hostility and an employee who clearly thinks he can talk to customers however he wants.

This level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. I expect someone from management or corporate to reach out to me immediately because this behavior cannot be ignored. Customers should NEVER be treated like this.

After being on line waiting to order for 15 minutes, we stood at the counter another 10 minutes waiting to be taken care of. While waiting, another customer who had already ordered, came up and was asking when his medium coffee would be ready, as he ad been waiting for just a coffee for 25 minutes. The woman behind the counter looked at him and then rudely turned her back to him and walked away. We decided we would not be put in this same situation of waiting this long, but mostly wouldn’t want to give our business to a place this rude. We left and found a Starbucks not so far away and was greeted and taken care of with very good customer service.

it’s a hit or miss coming here, very inconsistent SERVICE, the morning crew are cordial and polite, the evening crew are extremely rude and have no manners… there are no “thank you” in their personality to speak of, and they are quick with an attitude when u can’t understand what they are saying.. maybe they should not be handling the customer experience at all (si no te gusta tu trabajo, busca otro Pepe)

Terrible experience. Ice cold, uncooked food. And to boot no one answers the phone so I cant get it fixed . How do serve your customers if they can’t contact you…. wrong/bad food and non-existent service to fix the problem. Sure fire way to lose customers, nice work.

I order from this place all the time. I get my usual iced coffee and that’s about it. coffee is usually good and never had any issues with staff. The only downside is limited parking. There’s only like 10 parking spots and half of them are for the workers. And if it’s really busy there’s drive thru line goes out to the road.

I was headed home but decided to stop for a quick bite. I ordered two sandwiches, two orders of hashbrowns among other things as you see the bagel was burnt. The hashbrowns were so greasy and lukewarm as if they were made hours ago. It was disgusting if you can’t serve your customers correctly, don’t serve them at all. It’s not worth getting sick to your stomach over, if you won’t feed it to your own mother, don’t feed it to someone else’s

I thought it was just me…. I began working in Newark in Feb of 22 and the DD location is on the way to the parkway, so very convenient. Every time I stop by in the morning at first 2-3 times a week but now it’s maybe 3 times a month, I would get the wrong order, rushed along and usually the bacon is cold with grease on it from sitting so long. The one time I addressed the error the African american (I believe manager) corrected it and was very helpful. A month or so later I had gotten on the parkway with the order wrong and when I returned the next day, I asked for the manager and the young lady said I am the manager (I think she is the assistant mgr.)I had mentioned the continuous issues I’ve had and she began to yell at me saying that I made the wrong order. I let her know I was just looking to go somewhere and get what I order and have my dunkin crew in the morning. She was so rude, even the other day one of the girls said oh look it’s so and so’s best friend…..Today I drove past it because after asking them to warm up the bacon yesterday on my order, they still gave it to me cold with cold grease on it. I’m sure the owner of this site is loosing money because of the morning crew…I know they’re loosing mine.
