It’s shame that you have to tell these people to cook the bacon for sandwiches. If not you will get slimey nasty bacon. I order a sandwich maybe 3 times a year and if you forget to tell them to cook the bacon and make it crispy this is what you get. STOP RUSHING & DO BETTER THIS IS DISGUSTING!

We ordered through the drive-through and had a little trouble getting our order through the microphone, and we were missing a few items when we received our order. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a positive experience with some minor hiccups that could easily be improved.

Food is always perfectly fine. The coffee on the other hand has not been. I order the same coffee everyday. It always tastes different. There has been multiple occasions where I have asked it to be remade due to it not tasting correct and they do remake it however, they add a lot of extra ingredients and always tell me to order it with more the next time. I’ve gotten the same drink for half the year and they haven’t made it correctly.

Customer service stinks by owner or manager. Rest of the staff is great. Bought a hot latte with skim milk a few times and the milk was bad. Told the owner/manager. He said no one else complained, the milk is fine and reluctantly changed it. No offer of apology. Started buying it with almond milk and it was fine but decided I don’t want to give my money to this establishment a couple days a week and will go out of my way to another Dunkin. What happened to the customer is always right?

Quite possibly the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not to be dramatic or anything but their speed and efficiency is unmatched. From my car driving into the lot to my car leaving the lot with a coffee is 30 seconds MAX (when there’s no line). By the time I get to the window the coffee is already being handed to me. And the best part is that the coffee is consistent too. I know whoever is making it, doesn’t matter what day, it’s always gonna taste the same how I like it. Props to the hard workers at Dunkin saving lives over here

Drive through user here. This place is a bit anxiety inducer. Employees, great. Driveway,OMG. Be careful with the entrances. Order your stuff and drive around and get it. I do enjoy the coffee and hot chocolate. I don’t eat there but donuts are always awesome.
