I got caramel latte hot and Churro signature latte. As dunkin’ itself quick n fast, my coffee was also great. My coffee is really so good . Staff were very polite and friendly, one of the name which I remember is Jonanthan. He made me very good coffee. Usually at some places though I say hot coffee they make it mild hot, but this man really made a nice perfect coffee.

Donuts are always stale, even if it’s early in the morning. They don’t listen to your order and give you whatever they feel like. I ordered a caramel swirl med hot coffee and asked for no xtra sugar. I can’t even drink what I received or I may go into diabetic coma and I’m not even diabetic.

Ordered a medium sized cold coffee and it was half ice. The inside of the restaurant needs a complete makeover. It’s like stepping into the 70s. Owner should seriously consider an update.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and kept on pouting everytime I said something. The drinks were good, the munchkins took 30 minutes exactly to get out and I had to ask because they forgot even though I only ordered 3 things. The other lady working was nice though. Worst experience ever. I asked for an order of hot chocolate, and two white cheddar bagel twist, and they didn’t even make my order! I waited for ten to twenty minutes just for them to make a me a black watery drink. The hot chocolate machine was broken but they were too busy talking to even notice. They never made the two bagels I ordered so I came back with my dad and this older lady shushed my dad… unbelievable. We never got our bagels they did not give us a receipt, they basically stole our money. Very unorganized, rude, and no management.

Love the location of this Dunkin’. Sometimes things get a little backed up but the staff is very nice and always does their best to accommodate. Really spacious too. No indoor dining here yet. They have a really good selection when it comes to bakery items. Only downside is the lack of parking but otherwise this Dunkin’ is a good one to visit.

i don’t enjoy coffee from many food chains but i always come to this dunking donuts and the worked Christina (i believe is her name) always makes my coffee and food amazingly. great customer service from her as well and always has a smile on her face whenever i come in.
