First all table were dirty. I ask to have one cleaned and owner said to sit on clean table , which none were. Then my sandwich the sausage was burnt. Had to use the bathroom it was disgusting. Manager need to talk to there staff. Will not go back. Sorry…..

I saw workers on their phones instead of tending to the customers. There was no cold foam or brown sugar syrup in my drink. I asked for a croissant ham and swiss and they gave me a completely different item. When I nicely asked the workers to replace the items they were extremely dismissive by saying, “that is already there” when it clearly wasn’t. I paid for my food and was not given the service I deserved. How did these people manage to get everything incorrect!

The boston cream donut has no boston cream. Every time I get any type of donut that is filled, it literally has a dime size amount of filling in the donut. Jelly, apple crumb and boston creme. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there. Some give dirty looks others are standing around. They don’t put your drinks in a cup tray but when you walk in to recieve your order they make sure they make eye contact with you as if it was out of spite. You can order on the go and your food won’t be ready when you walk in and no one is being served. Sometimes my hot tea is made as hot coffee or you coffee tastes burnt. You’ll order a muffin and recieve a different flavor. Some of the employees needs to be trained, written up, or fired because it seems like there attitude is the reason why there losing customers.

Staff at this location seemed like they hated being there. I went through the drive through and didn’t feel welcomed by the young lady asking “what can I get you” there were only 2 cars ahead of me so it’s not like they were in a rush. The cost of my order was never mentioned until I asked when at the window. Also at this location the man who took my payment was not wearing a mask as well as another employee preparing drinks inside. I am not one to complain but when handling consumers beverages, food and consistently handling monetary transactions they should be.

This Dunkin is BY FAR my favorite. I cannot say better things about it. The employees are amazing, their so polite, there’s no argument if something was wrong whether it really was or not. Their extremely prompt with their service, I order through “on the go” all the time and I’m never waiting. This Dunkin is by far the best. 5 stars all day, every day, hands down.

I putting 1 star only because I can’t write a review otherwise. Service is poor because the cashier had a bad attitude and a sour facial expression. Ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream and she forgot the whipped cream and didn’t put sugar in it when every other Dunkin puts sugar in it. Needs to be more selective with your employees and how they give their service.

Their coffee making is inconsistent One day they’ll have good quality coffee another day it’s just milk with sugar not stirred or mixed or anything. They also have a really long line most days now multiple minute waits Today was a short line at 7 minute wait to get my order from start to finish. I also believe I got double charged as I paid with my Dunkin app and reloaded it right before payment. I’m not sure if my Duncan app will show the transaction or not but hopefully it will and I can get some of my money back because they still had to pay an additional $4. Update just went to go eat my bagel not only did they mess up my order by just putting a non-toasted non-cream cheese sesame bagel but it’s also in there without a wrap or anything in a bag. I don’t know what’s going on at that Duncan but I think I’m going to start avoiding it from now on which is depressing.

Horrible customer service. I just ordered a sweet green ice tea and donut. There were 5 workers standing around while I’m waiting for my drink.I finally asked the cashier if someone was going to make my drink. He made it but didnt make it properly.I paid for a large and got a medium. No plans on returning to this location any time soon . I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident due to the craziness of the Holiday.
