Order ahead service is so slow. They consistently leave order-ahead drinks behind the counter! Guests are standing there waiting forever when drinks are already made, just not put out. Just put them out!

I came in this morning for an iced coffee and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. After waiting my turn behind two other customers, I placed my order ($4.15) and handed the cashier a $5 bill, letting her know I had change. Instead of waiting for me to pull it out, she rushed into the register and tried to hand me change. When I reminded her that I had the coins, she snapped back, “but I have a line.”
That was completely uncalled for. I waited in that same line like everyone else, and it’s rude and disrespectful to rush a paying customer. To make matters worse, she actually took a dollar out of the tip jar and shoved my change at me with an attitude.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If this is how staff treat customers, it reflects very poorly on this location.

Usual Dunkin Donuts menu, good parking and seating. It’s close to NewBridge Landing train station. Use the app to order before walking in because service can be slow even if 2 people are ahead of you. They open early and stay open late. Note that there is now a 7-11 across the street.

I came in to purchase Bavarian creme donuts and I was given vanilla creme instead. They looked different and I questioned the staff twice (with Bhavika and another male employee) and I was assured twice that they were what I wanted. Well, they weren’t. These donuts were not for me and I had to go to another Dunkin to get them. Next time, hear the customer out and don’t be dismissive.

My first and last time ordering from here. I ordered online as a guest and when I got there they had told me they don’t have the strawberry lemonade I asked if I could get a refund they said no because I ordered as a guest on the App and that I needed my receipt I gave my phone to them and there staff exited out of the receipt by accident, since I ordered as a guest I couldn’t get my receipt back. The guy at the front counter was like they can’t doing for me with out a receipt that there coworker just exited out of! The guy at the front was very nasty and rude with me! Then I was told they can just give it to me and that they had it but I was given water and bubbles and I also order a turkey sausage egg and cheese and It looks unappetizing and doesn’t have any cheese . Worst experience with Dunkin’ ever. Disgusted by the customer service and the food.

I went to Dunkin’ with my kids on a late Saturday morning. I finished placing my order at 10:45 AM and had to wait in a long line. After finally getting my food, I realized one item was missing, and I had to wait until 11:03 AM to receive it. When the staff handed it to me, they did so with such a casual attitude, as if nothing had happened. I gave a slight frown, and the employee shot me a look, almost as if they were angry with me, before walking away. I didn’t say anything, but that moment really ruined what should have been a pleasant Saturday morning. It was an experience I never want to go through again.

came in to pick up my order, was not ready yet and had to tell the man working that i had placed an order to which he had no idea there was a bunch of online order tickets. he forgot to give me my munchkins and when i asked for them, he said he didn’t have munchkins so i walked to the register and there were a bunch of munchkins… he gave me them and handed them rudely when i pointed them out

Today we had very bad experience. It is around 4:08 pm on Sunday March 16,2025. My brother came to pick up the order which placed online. A guy who worked there had nasty look on his face and shaking his head as we own him an explanation to why we order a drink from the store. I used to work for fast food restaurants and we showed the customers respect because Customear service is big part of business. If this workers do-not want to work in this place, then why taking fast food jobs.
