My sister got a coffee here today and after drinking most of it we realized there was a large chunk of mold embedded in the ice. We called the store to let them know about the situation and we were hung up on after telling them we found mold. Very disappointed in this entire experience.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a friendly and convenient Dunkin chooses another location. I parked in an open parking lot where there are multiple facilities such as Dunkin and other store fronts. I had to stop for 5 mins to check on an order at one of the store fronts and then was going to stop into Dunkin to get munchkins. As soon as I parked I had a man run towards me telling me I could not park my car in the lot. Wanted me to move my car. There were no signs indicating that the parking spot was for a specific location. He began to explain that it’s his building and the parking is only for people who are going into his building. It indicated that nowhere near the parking.

I am 39 weeks pregnant, and I was appalled at how indecent and disrespectful this man was.
I will never purchase anything from this facility and I highly recommend you do not either. This owner should be disappointed with his assumptions and treatment to people in the community and his customers.

Today was just my first time visiting this location. Staff was courteous. My order was very particular and they got it all right. Given that other reviews state this is a busier location, the place seemed well staffed ( I think something like 4-6 people) for Thursday morning/afternoon. Of if they are a little busier it makes sense that the food would be fresher but I just got coffee
One thing thats worth noticing, their medium iced coffee is the price usually charged for large everywhere else I’ve visited. But that was the only drawback I could think of ( my coffee came out 10 cents higher) which can add up over time.

Always loved this store! My mom worked/managed the original PR store back when it opened in the early 90’s. When we come back to town after moving out of state 15 years ago this is always a MUST for our coffee! The only issue we recently noticed was the removal of tables to sit at. I know during the pandemic this was necessary for “social distancing”, however there’s still no tables or chairs to sit and have coffee. What’s up with THAT?
