I ordered a small ice matcha latte as usual and they served my drink in a defective cup that the drink exploded out of the side of the cup and splashed all over on my cloth but the server did not say a word about the incident but just standing there and staring at me. And I have noticed that they have served the drink with the full cup of ice and a little bit of drink. And then this lady came up with just an extra cup without the refill nor a refund. I asked for a full refund but she just gave me an extra cup instead with saying something that I could not understand because of her accent. Did I pay for a cup full of ice or what? I can understand that they have used a low quality cup but their low quality service how they react to the situation like this. This place is rigged with unprofessional and untrained employees. No manager was there at the moment to complain about either. What a Dunkin…They charge way too much for a full of ice with low quality of service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Stop here weekday mornings for coffee. I quite like the lady behind the cash. She remembers my order and always wished me a great day. I really couldn’t ask for more. Sometimes on the weekends the place can get busy and they become disorganized behind the counter.

Health Code Violations Galore. The manager is a guy who has long hair and prepares food. He and the owner always lie and says that he is only in the back, does not prep food, just came back from a break, or was only cleaning a machine. He is a disgusting liar with long hair. He also attacked me and threatened me when I questioned him about breaking health codes. He has long hair, never changes his clothes and is required to wear a hat to prevent one of his long hairs from falling into your food. He simply does not care.

This is place is getting better and better with change of new management. I saw place is brighten up, lot more cleaner then it’s used to be under previous management, the orders are taken care very quick, the quality of beverages and food at next level. Overall this is becoming highly satisfying location, becoming my 5 days a week stop going to work. In Weekend I still come in for Ice cream with my family in evening hours. Thank you for the change..
