There should be an option of zero stars. Horrible service. I asked for a large French vanilla swril ice coffee, light n sweet. They gave me a French vanilla ice coffee. There is a big difference then to charge me for what I wanted and do the opposite. These people need to be fired. Plain and simple. Poorly ran. I don’t recommend this place. Clearly not light and no sugar nor swirl at bottom.

Went in to get breakfast, I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel. We got a bagel sandwich and nothing else, we went to kindly ask if we can get the right order we paid for and instead gave attitude and just gave the plain bagel and no breakfast sandwich. Overall, terrible customer service.

you’d think with all these bad reviews they’d do something about this place, absolutely garbage, waited almost half and hour just to leave. 10 people in line and in that half hour, 2 people served. plus the place looks dirty, want to wait online forever or probably contract some kind of disease from your food, then come here

Even with a bus load of people in line, this team worked hard to assist everyone in a timely manner. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. I would stop at this Dunkin again!

Wow. Love Dunkin so it isn’t easy to give a measly star but it took 10 minutes to order 3 of one breakfast sandwich and 3 similar ones without cheese. Language barrier perhaps, new employees perhaps… Doesn’t matter. Can’t say they weren’t polite but jeez it felt like rewriting the Koran in in Gaelic. Then they came out wrong. Alas, worth a review.

Horrible & slow!!!! Opened at 7:30, but didn’t take an order until 7:50!! About 10 ppl in line left for a different Dunkin’. The girl filled sugars then went into bathroom for 20 minutes, came walking in slow motion on her phone!

Usually I don’t deal both with reviews but the line was a 10 min wait and I waited another 20 for the food because they lost my order some how. Doesn’t seem like there is good communication between the people prepping the food.
