When asked where the bacon was, it was snatched out of my hand with horrible presentation. I tried explaining to her, but she refused to show me and just snatched the bag out of my hand. With the atmosphere, I honestly said, “I don’t even want it.” I come from a Spanish background, and the only Spanish lady there was the only one who was actually very rude right in front of my kid. All my kid wanted was bacon, even he was like, “Where’s the bacon?”

The 3 employees on 12/1 at 1 pm provided the worst service I ever encountered. Three young employees could not care less about the disrespect they served me and my 2 coworkers. They ignored me at the counter until I directed a stern “Hello” for them to acknowledge my presence as a customer. After I paid I asked for napkins and it took 2 tries for one to get that there were none at the dispenser. So she pulled 2 pieces form the dispenser above the hand wash sink behind the counter. Never mind that she ripped them into 2 pieces each. My female coworker emerged from the restroom and went through the same because there were none in the bathroom. I asked for the managers contact information to address this and the other young lady refused, and told me to write this review online. The gaul and disregard for any measure of customer service is unacceptable and should be allowed to continue. I refuse to spend any money in this location again until resolved accordingly. Should anyone?

I come into this Dunkin a few times a week to grab something quick before I go to school or go to work, I always order on the mobile app. I just want to say thank you to the two girls I always see working in there! They are so sweet and kind and treat me with such great hospitality. I often see that the customers can be very impatient and demanding and it truly makes me sympathize for these two girls. We all have very quick and fast paced lives, but that does not mean we treat customer service workers with disrespect, or anyone at all for that matter. It isn’t hard to be kind and patient. Being rude isn’t going to make your food come any faster. I just want those two girls to know that I see them and all of the hard work they put into their jobs. I hope those two queens have a great day everyday!

I used to have my coffee ready when I walked in and now I have to wait more than 5 minutes every time even though I order on the app. The new staff is constantly talking to each other loudly and are very slow. I liked the old staff much better. They were more work oriented and faster.

This is your typical DD. This was my second visit and this time, mid afternoon on Thursday, there was a more complete selection of everything. The staff was mildly friendly. Covid dividers were at the counter. Seating is now allowed, although there is only three tables, each seating for two. The entrance is raised but there’s a ramp for the handicap as well as one handicap parking spot. Good cleanliness.

Horrible service on a Sunday morning. Two girls there with absolutely the rudest attitude and no sense of customer service. Did not even make my order properly and had no urgency in correcting the order she messed up. Never going back here again. And to anyone else do not go.
