Easily the best Dunkin’ in the area. The service, cleanliness of the store, and quality of everything was all top notch. Exceeds my expectations every time I go.

I made an anonymous account because I do not feel comfortable giving my name. I went to this location to get a coffee and at first could tell the worker was agitated and annoyed. He ends up making my drink but it is not made correct. My sister got a drink through mobile and her drink was not correct as well. We went back in to get it remade. Normally I would just leave it but there were ingredients missing in my drink.
The worker grew agitated while we were waiting on line. We get ignored for eight minutes so it felt extremely uncomfortable. A line starts forming. The worker ends up getting super angry and starts punching the receipt printer and throwing the receipt paper yelling. We got extremely uncomfortable and afraid so we ended up leaving and going to a different Dunkin. I have never experienced anything like this and do not feel comfortable coming to this location again.

Always an amazing experience when I come to this location. Not only is my order always ready when I get there, but it is always perfect quality and done correctly. Not to mention the staff is always friendly, welcoming, efficient, and hardworking. They truly care about their jobs and put their effort into the things they do. Hands down the best Dunkin location in the area!

Love this Dunkin’ Donuts location! Mainly due to the store manager Joey and his great personality. He always finds a way to make all the customers smile & laugh. And the food/drinks are always consistently great. The whole experience is a joy! I’ll always choose Dunkin Donuts in Hillsdale for those reasons.

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I will go to. Joey, the manager is awesome! He is friendly and knows my order as soon as he sees me. He greets me by name every day And all of the staff is great!

The store was super clean to start off. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a how are you by what must have been a manager. I am a little picky with the way I order since I want double everything butter and toasted. Joseph was super nice ringing me up and made my order to perfection, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I visit here once a month while my dogs get groomed at Reigning Cats and Dogs, and I am never disappointed. We are greeted happily as we enter the store, served with a genuine pleasure and respect. The order is always right (1 time a mistake but I’ll get to that) and always fresh. The store is always clean too. Once my wife’s coffee was wrong and they heard her tell me and came out from behind the bar, took her drink which she said she would drink and insisted on making it right. Whoever manages this store and the early crew, should be proud of his or herself!!

HORRENDOUS! The WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and from the start the clerk gave me a nasty look. I proceeded to give him my order. I asked for a decaf iced coffee and he hands me the coffee and then looks at me and goes,” Why do you need an iced coffee?” “I work here and i don’t even drink decaf.” I was ordering this coffee for my sister who was 5 years older than me and he judged me by my appearance because I looked too “young” to be ordering coffee. Even if I did order the coffee for myself, why should he question me? I am a paying customer! Also, all of our food tasted old and put out. Our drink were watered down and tasted horrendous. Will never come here again!

There’s no parking and the gas station attendant is the biggest jerk. I stopped to figure out where to go (not near a pump) and he motioned for me to park by a pump. I thanked him and then he yelled at me that this is a gas station. I couldn’t believe how he yelled at a grown adult with a baby in the car. This place needs to figure out their parking situation or get more help inside to get people moving.
