Ordered 2 cups of coffee via Dunkin’ donuts app for curbside pickup since I am on crutches at the moment. There were no customer at that time and about 10 minutes have passed and still no coffee. Got so frustrated that I walked in to the store on my crutches and my coffees were ready on the pick up shelf with label that stated CURBSIDE. I looked at the workers and there were 3 young men giggling behind the counter on their phones. Is it that hard to follow a simple direction and actually work during work hours? Terrible customer service

Terrible service on this place, I when to buy an ice cream for my daughter an this guy from the counter, was mad and also has an attitude, couldn’t hear me because he had headphones and also not to friendly, I will never stop buy anymore at this place. Not even for a coffee. If they don’t like to work, is better if they tell their manager but don’t work with attitude.

I was shocked to find out that 1 week before St. Patrick’s day which is March 17, 2023 they had no Irish Cream flavor to add to the hot and/or cold lattes and no Irish Cream flavor filling on some of the donuts. So mediocre in terms of organizing, planning, marketing at all Dunkin donuts.

I used to love this location it’s near by my house but 2 days ago I went to go pick up my coffee that I ordered from my app, for some reason the employee was out of his mind, I asked a simple question and he started cursing at me on front of customers and his manager, I’m surprised that his “MANAGER” didn’t say anything, after few seconds I called her and explain to her what happened, and she didn’t care, she just said I’m sorry. Definitely super unprofessional management and horrible customer services. I’ll email and report this to corporate.
