Since the new manager got the job, all the coffee tastes awful. It’s cold, and he doesn’t follow instructions. Everytime I walk in this location there are hardly any donuts to chose from it’s so disappointing because it’s the closest dunkin near me. Its always a long wait time regardless if i was to get a donut or not, i think you guys are way too under staffed. every time i walk in there it’s always that one guy with the braids working doing it all on his own. He’s clearly overwhelmed, juggling a million tasks at once, taking orders, making food, whipping up drinks etc take some consideration and not have one person working alone his whole shift. Waste of customers time.

i work next door and get coffee here pretty much daily……the coffee is always fresh, and staff is super friendly..some times of the day they can be a little short-staffed (maybe during “rush” times) but overall, good coffee and great service
