I go here often bc it’s on my way to work . But the last few times it’s been terrible . I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. the meant was still frozen. I couldn’t go back to get a new one . So I let it go . Today I got a bagel with cream cheese that’s what I got . This is what I paid for .

Horrible and unorganized and dirty. Manager is non chalant and she shouldn’t even be managing a DD! Nothing is ever available and they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another never replenishing ! This is way people will pay more and get excellent beverages and items at Starbucks. Would rather go there I stead. HUGE mistake going to this one!

I came here this morning like I do every morning because is convenient and around my way. I ordered for curbside and I waited and waited and no one came so I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I asked for the manager and the girl said he wasn’t available. I can’t call the store because they’re phone is out of service. I explained to them that i ordered for curbside and that is my order sitting there and asked why nobody brought it to me. Her response was “we’re busy” but yet there was only two people when I went inside. You call that busy? No, you’re just lazy and don’t want to do your job! I’m sorry my friend but this happens EVERY TIME I come. And on top of that , my order is always wrong and I just let it go because I don’t have time to turn back around being that I will be late to where I have to get to. I was late today and the last time because of your staffs! The staffs here are so rude and unprofessional. They give you an attitude as if they’re giving you anything for free. God forbid you have a question. I’m sorry my friend but I will not be coming here anymore. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because the manager said there will be a lot of changes but yet nothing has changed at all. I definitely do not recommend this place. If you decide to come here, make sure you check your order before you leave! I will be finding a new Dunkin Donuts!

I was sick, so I ordered curbside. It took 10 minutes for them to bring out my tea and bagel. When I received my order it was wrong so I tried to call them to avoid having to go inside sick. The number was out of service so I was left with no choice but to go inside. I walked up to the manager, and explained that I was sick so I ordered curbside but I waited a long time to receive an incorrect order. He literally ignored me. When I confirmed if he was the manager, he advised me to “not order in his store if he doesn’t like it.” He was so RUDE! I only gave one star because I had to.

The new young girl here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here this morning to get breakfast and the attitude she had I just left somewhere else! You don’t get paid to get an attitude because a customer is asking ONE SIMPLE QUESTION! Don’t work there if you don’t like your job! SIMPLE! I come to this location faithfully every morning and there is ALWAYS a problem without fail. Their team lacks in customer service skills. It always takes about 3-5 minutes for someone to get to the register and take my order and the store is completely empty. Then whenever I’m placing an order they always walk away from the register to assist another guest who came in after me. My drink order is never made right and the coffee always tastes bitter. As for today it was the last straw, I was over charged for a medium sunrise batch iced coffee promoted for $2 and charged $3.39. When I told them about the price they told me it was $2 but the screen and my receipt clearly shows I was charged $3.39 and not $2 which is complete false advertisement. Since I’m lactose free I ordered oat milk which is an additional .50 cents I was charged $1.50 and the girl didn’t even put oat milk in my drink! Completely dissatisfied with the service here.
