They can never seem to get the coffee right? I guess they’re competing with the dunkin in broadway for worst dunkin in passaic county not even paterson. They pretty much just gave the store a paint job and removed tables and chairs, there’s barely any room now. Horrible. They won’t even let a paying customer use the bathroom. Customer service just as bad. The dunkin on Union ave is the best dunkin in paterson for sure.

Somebody is either asking for change, someone’s asking you to buy them a cup of coffee, someone wants you to buy something that they’re selling, or it’s some other kinda drama going on at this place. You can hardly ever just walk in, order your food and leave unmolested. Someone always want something here. If you can, go to another Dunkin. However, giving them 2 stars for the convenience of just being there…plus the staff is OK. I’ve seen worse DD staff.

Absolutely despise this company. They seriously underpour and over charge for their subpar drinks. Don’t bother complaining because they don’t care or get back to you. Don’t give this greedy, money hungry corporations your business if you can avoid it.
