This is not my usual Dunkin’ of choice, but I have visited a few times in the past without issue. I hate to complain but today’s experience at the drive through was extremely disappointing. I was handed a hot chocolate in a defective cup; when I took it, the lid came off and the hot chocolate spilled all over my car and myself. The rim where the lid should attach was completely crushed, the cup was soggy, and the hot chocolate was not even hot (fortunately, given that it spilled on me).
Additionally, the foam on my cappuccino was unusual and concerning, unlike anything I have experienced before, and I strongly suspect it may have been soap. To make matters worse, my son’s bagel was so stale it was inedible.
Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality here. I stopped by at 7:20 AM for a coffee and a bagel, and it was a total waste of money. The coffee was cold, and the bagel barely has cream cheese—it was practically empty (see attached photo).
The management is very unprofessional and the place is incredibly cheap with their portions. It seems like they take advantage of the morning rush, assuming people are too busy to complain. This isn’t the first time, but it’s definitely the last. Save your money and go somewhere else

Drinks are always amazing but the food is always unbelievably COLD. It’s not fresh at all, every time I order it is ALWAYS cold. I always ask for extra cheese and bacon on my sandwich and pay the extra price but never receive it. I am always unbelievably disappointed every time I order here. Please make sure the staff actually COOK the food to ensure it is hot and fresh. It’s absolutely irritating that every morning I come to get my sandwich it is not freshly made.

Horrible service. I asked for a Cookie cloud latte and with everything on it. You woulda thought maybe they would tell me they’re out of cookie crumbles before i paid. And they did not give me the proper lid aswell. Mind you this tastes like a regular coffee that i paid extra for since theres nothing extra on it. I’m so annoyed

While my coffee came out decent; I felt like the employees could’ve been a tad nicer.
They didn’t bother calling my number stating that the coffee was ready they just dumped it on the pickup counter among others (and disappeared) and we each just had to look through the labels on the cups to see which ones ours.. perhaps they need more baristas ♀️

I love dunkin and never I got such a bad coffee… i asked for caramel cappuccino regular small size and she just gave regular coffee. After I taste it, I asked her if it is caramel cappuccino and she recklessly added caramel syrup and gave me back. And that coffee finally was very bad. I was on my way to some place and stopped at this Dunkin, and completely disappointed. And my friend’s vanilla chai latte wasn’t also good.
However Crossiant egg and cheese was okay. This made my morning very bad ..
I go in this route frequently and some other day, I stopped here again for a coffee. This time it is good. Infact I loved it

Coffee only ever tastes burnt or has some chemicals in it. I’m assuming cleaning chemicals. The food also tastes like chemicals 9 times out of 10. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten food hot, just luke warm at best, most of the time pretty cold. This is no matter if you order on the app and go immediately or order in person. This is after a year coming here on and off. I started going to other dunkins and only go to this one because I live one minute away and I’m in a major hurry. Otherwise, I go elsewhere.
But seriously the almost constant chemical taste in everything concerns me. Next time I’m in a hurry I’ll just forgo coffee. It’s not worth it.

My daughter went to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Ramsey Nj tonight sept 14th 2025 and saw bugs crawling all over the apple fritters and coffee rolls. All of there stuff is left out in the open. This is so disgusting and unsanitary! Will never go there again.
