Place was empty, however they rushed the order, didn’t asked more details, my bosses where not that happy, whip cream was missing, however that’s a miss communication on their part has nothing to do with the restaurant. However the girl still, was super courteous and help me. Everything was fresh and good quality. But empty. I think there was no need to rush, and ask more, also I heard of downtimes before rush in some of this fast places. So that could be as to why.

Slow down listen to what people are ordering so you can get it right the first time. Everyone’s busy but if you do it right the first time you don’t have to do it a second time.

I love everyone here. They know my order and have it made before I even walk in the door. It makes my day so much better!

Hours on website and on dunkin app say 4:30 a.m. I’m tired and want coffee. Wasted 15 minutes waiting for them and it’s 5:15 A.m. I eventually went up to the door to look at the hours, and it says it doesn’t open until 6 a.m. update the hours.

This place was horrible! I’m always in there at 630 7 am and nothing is even made yet. Used to wait 10 min for coffee and lines. But now, a new girl started working the morning. Small blond lady. SHE IS AWESOME! always on the move helping multiple people at once, and always get the correct order. Everything is made and ready to go now when I walk in. The difference between the 2 is night and day! I actually stooped going there because of this other guy….now it’s my main morning stop again! Thank new lady!

I was at this dunkin this morning and they were very busy. The young cashier girl was very pleasant and positive despite all of the chaos. My credit card wouldn’t authorize on their machine and I had to go to my car to get another card. She was polite and didn’t miss a best ringing up the rest of the customers on another register while I ran to get my other card. Because of this mix up, my coffee order got lost in the shuffle and other drinks were made ahead of mine. When she noticed I had been waiting she cheerfully made mine right away. I wish I knew her name. She deserves a raise.

Don’t waste your time with this store. The owner is cheap and reuses cups and paper towels. If they make a mistake on your drink and you don’t take it with you along with your do over, they WILL rinse the beverage out and put the cup back on the rack, even if you’ve taken a sip. If an employee throws a cup out and the owner is working, he pulls the cup out of the trash to reuse it, I’m assuming this is done to cut back on the cost of cup sleeves. I say that, because I’ve seen it when he thought he was being discreet. Seriously, not worth the OSHA and general health code violations that have existed pre-covid and especially questionably during the pandemic. Employees have also been told not to turn away anti-maskers. I get that vaccinated people can do as they please in that regard now, but it’s worth mentioning that during the brunt of it, the law was not being followed. Very rarely is the A/C used and it would seem like the heat is on inside the store, especially on the hottest days. I have seen flies on countless occasions, flying all around, even landing on donuts! I’d say this is mostly due to the back door being open to cool the store, since there never seems to be any A/C in there. Also, there’s often times one or another machine is down and at night, there’s only one closer and it’s almost always a woman which is just plain wrong. If you can’t pay your employees accordingly and give them the proper accommodations and help, then maybe you own one too many stores and are cutting one too many corners. There’s so much more I could say, but I will stop here, it’s not worth going blue in the face over the issues at play.
