I work in the mall and I was there yesterday 10/9. It was an extremely busy day due to a Jewish holiday and there was only one person working in the store. I just wanna show some appreciation to her. I wish I knew her name. She was there by herself the entire time. The day was overwhelming, and she persevered. The drinks that we ordered came out in a reasonable manner given all the circumstances. A huge shout out to her and her service.

The smell of fresh coffee inside a mall, isn’t that great? This Dunkin’ Donuts is a typical take out only location, with a large open area and big banners, which makes it easy to locate this coffee establishment.
I gave this place a try on a weekend morning and my entire experience was pleasant. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the staff had all the Covid precautions in place, and my order was done promptly.
Talking about the food and coffee, the coffee was excellent, and this comes as no surprise, the breakfast sandwiches were decent.
My experience trying out this place was good.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. They open whenever they please. They don’t care if they see people outside the gate. On weekdays, the mall itself opens at 11. Its a hit or miss if they open before then. Weekends the mall opens at 10 & they’ve opened way after 10. Meanwhile, they’re inside. Horrible.

Extremely dissatisfied with the employee this morning. I mean is it necessary to use such vulgar words while serving customers. One young lady working right now 10:57am on August 11, 2022, (no name tag) was cussing up a storm with no regard for her customers and kids in the immediate area. Its like, have a little respect.
