This is a great Dunkin’! The people who work here are so friendly, they really make you feel like you’re in a local coffee shop, not a huge franchise. This location is also great because there’s ample, comfortable seating and convenient parking, plus it’s near a bus stop. Great spot to grab and go, or sit and stay awhile!

It is as you’d expect. Nothing fancy. Straightforward service and you get what you pay for. Relatively inexpensive. The folks here are expedient.
The sandwiches are not always perfect but it’s fast food pastries. I dont expect it to be like a boutique shop.

I always step in this Dunkin because it is close by the laundromat. I have never had a bad day at any Dunkin in fact it makes my day brighter. At this location there are always delightful people at the counter ready to help out and bring a super big smile to my face!! Love it!!

The coffee is good, but the place is disgusting. No matter what time of day I go in it is filthy. Sticky floors, dirty tables, overflowing garbage, bathrooms not clean. People who work here are nice but I don’t know how they can look at their surroundings and think that it is ok.

Quite comfortable seating here, and this location (310 Union Ave, Rutherford NJ) is one of only a handful of Dunkin’s in this area that actually has the DD Satellite Music Channel playing in the store, which makes for an atmosphere conducive for comfortable eating as well.
Update June, 2023: I have dropped a star from my rating because of an adverse situation in which I tried to redeem a simple Dunkin Rewards offer. The counter person could not perform simple math and took nearly four minutes to figure out what my bill and my change was. To top it all , I ended up getting shortchanged. I will, from this point forward, go in this store with extreme caution

Usually nice kids but lazy!Someone had the idea of making the ice coffee ahead of time instead of fresh per order to save time. What you get is warm,diluted coffe from the melted ice .Your request for freshly pored ice coffee will be ignored

I used to love this place until sitting in my car I saw one of the employee ladies come out of the bathroom wearing latex gloves and go behind the counter (she prepares the bagels with latex gloves on ). Why wear gloves from the bathroom and go behind the counter with the same gloves where food preparation happens, maybe she changed them idk but not
