My favorite Dunkin, by far. Plenty of parking and you don’t have to worry about the parking ticket sharks like on Front St. in Plainfield. Best part is the staff. They’re always friendly, respectful, and helpful. It’s a pleasant experience during your busy morning routine.

I don’t know who this lady’s name is and I wish I got it but this has to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and she had the nerve to give me an attitude. I asked for a simple drink a black cold brew with extra cookie butter foam on top , I received it with barely any foam and when I asked her to give me a little more she told me I needed to change my order. When I mentioned to her that I asked for extra from to begin with. She grabs my cup all annoyed and over fills the cup and gives me back the lid and I couldn’t even close my drink from the over flow all over the cup. Of course I got upset and asked if she can change my cup so she grabbed my cup didn’t even change it, cleaned it, gives me a different lid and then fills up the foam even more on top to be spiteful…. I threw the entire order out and walked out. Teach your staff how to treat customers with respect and simply be vigilant with the orders!!! I come here every morning and twice a day sometimes I will never go there again. This occured 12/16 3:30 pm!!

I am not a Dunkin regular by a long stretch but someone mentioned this Dunkin have much better coffee then surrounding Dunkin’s so I tried it out.
I did not seem to be more than I expected but the coffee was very hot and I give it a pass. I find some Dunkin establishments coffee seem watered down, i’d compare it to your generic corner breakfast cart you might see in NYC, it’s more water and milk than coffee.
Store is laid in a long straight line which gave it a well organized feel and you pass right by the stand up refrigerators with additional beverage options.
Right after the order counter is a Baskin (Robbins) and I really don’t know what that’s about.
A unique feature at the far end of the store is a large, open, full glass atrium which seems like a nice place to enjoy coffee.
I’d rate on-line or above other Dunkin’s based on seating options but coffee was more in line with what I expected and that’s why I don’t Dunkin.
But if you Dunkin, stop at this Dunkin and enjoy coffee outdoor or in their large atrium.

This has to be one of the nicest Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. It’s low key and is in a small shopping center but it has a glass roof which gives 2000s nostalgia vibes. I ordered a chai latte it was very sweet and creamy and the girl working there was very polite

Always quick and ready pickup for online orders. Lots of parking and area kept clean. Even when i order in store, the staff is knowledgeable and patient when my kids are deciding which donuts they want. The seating in the back is my favorite and just has a different vibe that takes me back in time.

It’s a decent spot but the creepy old guy with the mask that stalks you and constantly panhandles from all unsuspecting customers really ruins the place. I saw him take money from two different parties in less than 5 minutes of being there. After that walks up to me to ask for more money. Also seen him straight up steal from the store. Not sure what’s going on with the whole situation but you might want to address it.

The location and area are clean. I just ordered a large black cold brew with no ice and got charged an extra $1.50 for no ice. There was no warning about this extra charge either. Whenever I order an ice coffee, I get more ice than coffee with no discount, so yes I feel a little salty but the coffee was good.

I asked for a refresher with no ice because i dont want to use their ice machine ( ice machines are the lead cause of food poisoning) they want to charge an extra $1.50 for requesting no ice .
