I went to the drive through before work. I ordered a bacon egg a cheese bagel and hash browns. When I got to work I got a bagel with cream cheese. This is not what I ordered. Please train your staff on proper food prep.

I have gone here a few times and it doesn’t matter the time of day, the order is never correct. It’s extremely frustrating to offer a drive thru but can’t get an order correct when trying to use that service.

Nice staff on the premises that are working between counter and the drive thru service. Plexiglas around customer interaction areas. A bit confused about floor markers as they point in the same direction and help little with line setup. If you have a trailer, do not go in the parking lot. Too small of an area there and to get through the drive thru.

This Dunkin’ Donut store is the nearest to where I live but this is the very first time I’ve been to this store.
I must say the service was pretty quick, the person taking the orders was speedy and smart. The staff was managing everything nicely, I had my daughter with me wanting to have a donut and that person helped her with a smile and didn’t frown for a bit.
The store looked nice and clean including the restrooms.

This is a newer Dunkin Donuts store. It’s neat and well facilitated for both eat-in and drive-thru. I stayed eat-in for this time. Enjoyed my order and free internet session with the comfortable spacious environment…. I gave it 4 stars because that I could not get Boston cream donuts at 1:30p…. and most jelly stuffed donuts were also out of sale… That really deserved to minus one star….:-(

I wonder if there is a place beside this site were I can file a complaint.
I ordered an EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH and the EGG WAS MOLDY!!!!!!
They should check and organize food in a healthy way, it is incredible this food chain is allowing this type of accidents!

Go to the one by rt 1 it’s much better. This location makes milky lattes, has put regular milk in matcha when I explicitly ask for oat, never gives straws, long wait time.
