I always drink Dunkin, never Starbucks (blegh), and I always get a large hot macchiatto wherever I go. Early one Saturday morning, waiting for costco to open, hubby and I came and got our coffee. It was sooo good I had to go back inside and tell the girl how good the coffee was. We got lucky bc she had just come in and started her shift while we were waiting on line to order. We are almost never near this location but we pass by it on the way to other places and now every time we pass it hubby looks at me and asks if we should stop and get a coffee bc even he said the coffee was really good.

Came in one morning for a small coffee. Price on the board said 2.59$. Lady rung me up for 3.08. I know basic bath and the six percent tax in NJ. The math wasn’t adding. I reconfirmed with her to make sure it was the right price for a small coffee. She said yes that is correct. Did the math in the car and after tax it’s 2.76 for a small coffee. It’s the principle and for that they lost a customer don’t come here they nickel and dime you under your nose.

The location of this DD is on 22west. It’s a nice setup with some outdoor seating that can be enjoyed when the weather is good. The staff is friendly. The store is well stocked, had all the things that we ordered. The facility itself is very clean including rest rooms. Only thing is the person to really long to finish our order even though it was not rush hour. I wonder what they would do when there are 10 people in the line…

I visited yesterday at 9:50 AM and ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee. The young lady with short hair informed me that they couldn’t make the bagel because they were doing a deep clean. If the store is undergoing a deep cleaning, it should be closed to customers.
What disappointed me most was her attitude—it came off as rude and unprofessional. Customers should always be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I understand that cleaning is necessary, but it should be done without compromising service or customer experience.

Very disappointed. The lady behind the counter was pretty lost. It’s sad when I have to explain how to do everything. She didn’t know how to use my 5 coffee card. So I walked her through that. Then she forgot to give the card back, even though it had 3 coffees left. Then she kept walking away thinking my order was done, forgetting to give me half my items. Overall, a very poor experience

Yuck. The Moon pie face girl at the counter was unfriendly and too busy on her phone. Messed up my sisters order. The food and drinks weren’t great. And the bathrooms? Yikes. Won’t be returning.

I had the worst experience ever at Dunkin’. The place was extremely dirty, and the young Hispanic guy working there had a very bad attitude. It was disappointing to see him steaming milk in a dirty pitcher and then using another pitcher to pour espresso into my cup. It seemed like he was using old coffee to make every drink. I didn’t say anything at the time, but I ended up dumping my coffee after taking a sip. Wasted my time and $10 here. Never again.
