Best coffee in USA. Best customer service by a guy called Kane gentleman and high quality person. Gave us best treatment that we could ask for. Shortly we will visit this place again not just because the great coffee and donuts, because of the special costumer service and the way that this gentleman treat us . I was here at 2:45pm and I swear they gave me old coffee 🙁 I’m really disappointed because I have a lot of errands today and I needed the caffeine to help me get through the day. I got a medium iced coffee and upon the first sip it didn’t taste right, it tasted really weak, I knew something was off. I just finished the whole coffee and I’m still tired, that’s not normal. Never in my life have I ever still been tired after drinking Dunkin coffee. They 100% gave me old and weak watered down coffee. Never coming here again, will go to Starbucks next time. They wasted my time and my money and I’m really disappointed. Their bathroom was also really dirty, looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. At least their donuts and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was fresh and yummy.

The Dunkin is fine but something about the abandoned lot / empty building it’s in is creepy / eerie. They should knock down the building and put a stand alone Dunkin.

Nice local Livingston, New Jersey Dunkin shop that my NJ family frequents. I hadn’t been here in many years as I was visiting from Tampa for the Memorial Day holiday week. Good service, well prepared specialty coffee drinks and donuts.

Gotta say, I’m a regular that this dunkin! The staff there is almost the same and they all know my order. It’s great to be recognized and remembered. Their service is great and quick. The product is almost at all times good but certain times it a bit off with the espresso is light at times. Overall, highly recommend…. Try this place out with ur families as a go to.

I have been coming here ever since I started working out in the area for almost a year. It’s always a lot of people behind the cash wrap. I rarely ever have to wait. The coffee is NOTHING SPECIAL. I can make a better coffee home but for convenience Dunkin works. Idk if anyone there has ever tasted the weak coffee they made. I started going to Starbucks up the street. Even though it a lot more my net, they know my name, they are ALWAYS clean and friendly and the coffee is so fresh!

Last time I ordered from here, All three people who ate here with me, nearly two hours later were diagnosed with norovirus. These Dunkin’ employees do not wash their hands! They use old spoons sitting in nasty water, they talk over open cups, they have stains on their shirt. They literally take money and touch bread with the same gloves! I really hope the health inspector comes soon and check this environment. The manager stands around wiping his hands all the time cause he be touching donuts with his barehands! Where the heck is the food safety training.. calling OSHA.

I bought some croissant for my lunch. I don’t know what he’s name he looks a little old guy than other employee. Anyway when I got the croissant was very hard and cold, I like mine to be soft and warm. So I Asked him to warm it up. He gave me the facial expression with OMG mouth without saying that word, and he didn’t want to do it. ♀️ the other employee who was next to him, did it for me. I Am appreciate to him, not the other guy. The way of he reacted was very rude. And I don’t know what he will do my food.

This review has nothing to do with any of the workers or the service what’s so ever… but the quality of the drinks have been rancid recently and to put it frankly, undrinkable. Not sure if it’s the people making them or the quality that Dunkin is providing them with but it must be looked into.
