Very fast service! Today it was busy and only two people were working. I ordered 5 drinks and they were made quickly and exactly how I wanted. Even though it was busy, I didn’t have to wait long like at other Dunkin locations. The store was also very clean. The young girl at the register was friendly.

I have been to many Dunkins but this Dunkin is by far the nicest and cleanest, all the staff were very kind and quick with taking my order, even as I sat there I talked to a sweet staff member named Asher, he was so uplifting in with asking me how my day was and how I was feeling, he will be my reason that I will keep on coming back to this location since my work place is right down the street….Please thank Asher for his kind and sweet disposition…

It seems like every Duncan is a little bit different in in how they prepare foods
While I don’t always drink iced coffee, I do enjoy it from time to time. But when ordering it I like to order it without ice in it.
Seems strange I know, but apparently some of the duncans are able to cool down the coffee without needing to add ice.
This particular location didn’t seem to have that special equipment.
When ordering on their kiosk there wasn’t a selection for no ice.
In the end the iced coffee with ice ends up getting watered down, which is unfortunate

I gave it 4 stars because I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts where they did not have pepper. I had an egg and cheese. Asked for a pepper packet and was told they don’t have pepper in the store at all. Very odd. My coffee is a bit weak. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is clean. General DD atmosphere
