One of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts location around. This place has that unique home-like feel that radiates a sense of warmth and comfort. Prices here are generally better than others around (I hope they don’t raise the prices after me stating this!) They also make one of the better coffee brews around.

I visited during rush hour today and was shocked to see the line wrapping around the store with only one employee on staff. That single person was expected to handle walk-ins, phone orders, drinks, and meals all at once. It’s an impossible workload for one individual and resulted in an unacceptable wait for customers. Management needs to address these staffing levels immediately.

If you order from the delivery apps PLEASE order from one of the other DD’s in the area. You will get your orders significantly faster with less screw ups. As someone who actually picks up and does the deliveries I promise you you’ll be better off. The amount of times i show up and leave WITHOUT the order is ridiculous. The one on Ridge road and Schuyler Ave have their act together. This place definitely does not.
