The staff was very friendly, and the coffee was done well. I had an iced latte w/almond milk, a hot matcha latte and a hot chai latte, all tasty and made quickly. There is a lot of seating and it has more if a cafe vibe than any Dunkin I’ve been in. It was also nice and clean and had lots of people taking advantage of the space..good vibes.

The staff is nice, friendly, and always get the order right. However, the management focuses on the online orders and in store customers have to wait and wait to place their orders. This morning there were four people working, three of us waiting in the store to place our orders and all of the staff were working on the online orders. Isn’t it possible to have one person helping walk-in customers?

I love this dunkin. It is so amazing and professionally ran. The employees are super nice and always get the order correct. I always have a good time. I really look forward to going in the morning. This store makes up for the dunkin on South Avenue.

I want to love it like other locations but I can’t. Each time I come the service is slow, even when I do mobile orders. I’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes multiple times for a coffee, even when there’s hardly anybody there. And the coffee always tastes off? The espresso drinks too. I give it two stars because the seating area is actually pretty nice and there are outlets available.

This dunkin is one if my favorites because the workers are always super nice. They’re pretty good at handling busy hours, also. I’ve never waited a long time, even when they had a line. With that being said, I think they close kind of early. Like 630 or something. There is another Dunkin in the area and they close early, too.

I just wanted a coffee. What I was served was yelling and shaming me in front of everyone because I said my order was wrong. (Ordered cold, was handed some hot beverage that I didn’t order) The staff is always rude there and there is constantly some drama going on but today was the straw that broke camel’s back. I will not pay $5 dollars to be publicly shamed and abused.

I think the place is clean. Their products are wonderful. I particular like their coffee. However, I find their prices very high. I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for their prices.

The employee was nice, but the coffee was horrible. Coffee is supposed to be roasted, not Pompeii-ed. It was so burnt that even sugar didn’t make a difference.
