I came in on a Friday afternoon. While the customer service was quite good and professional, the place can be chaotic. The school kids were occupying all of the seats and tables. Not all of them had food or drinks near them but they were sitting. The garbage container in the store by the straws was overflowing. Could more sitting be provided for paying customers? The place needs a better ambiance, not shouting from kids making a mess on the tables.

Walked into my local Dunkin in Garfield NJ and greeted with smiling faces and friendly service. The coffee was excellent as always and the chocolate donut was spectacular. The location is incredible clean with a great view of the Lake across the street. Highly recommend.

The worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered a HOT coffee, and if you ask for a hot drink, it’s supposed to be hot. I had to go back twice because the coffee, besides tasting bad (like reheated coffee), was cold.

Despite my earlier review, they improved their situation and now it is my go to Dunkin.
I want to sit down and eat my food and every table is taken up by people loitering. Either sitting there without buying anything or sitting there with an empty cup infront of them. This is an every day occurrence doesn’t matter what time.
They really should put up signs and tell people to leave that sit there for too long because it’s not fair to other people who want to eat there.

Had a serious issue with the manager at the store several times this time was over a wake up wrap that I want a whole egg willing to pay the difference instead of getting half an egg the manager there does not like me and he told his employees not to give me the whole egg A shouting match went back-and-forth which it could have escalated to a worse matter, other customers got involved not knowing what was going on there was no need to take this further, especially if I was willing to pay for the whole egg. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this Manager, he’s been there maybe a year and a half. I’ve had two issues with him. I have been a loyal customer in that store for 15 years. My family’s been going there for the past 15 years. Also, we need to take this into a different route otherwise I will take this issue to my attorney my life was threatened. I am a 65 years old. I am not a kid to be involved with this just for having wanted to have a whole egg again this is not the first time I have had an issue with this manager, please look into this. This could have gone out of hand.
