I come here sometimes. In my last review I said I’m a local but I don’t come here as often like I used too but I’m gonna say this some workers favor other customers then others and then treat other people (me included) horribly. I ordered one thing and she just handed me the bag with a attitudeeee. Short black women with long blond braids I been coming here longer then the favorite ones so you think they would have atleast some empathy.

I did a mobile order but the line was so long. I had to park and go inside for my order. While I expected them to be running frantic trying to clear some of the orders everyone is inside moving like turtles without a care in the world as if the orders on the screen weren’t blinking. It was the young dark skin female on the ear piece not moving doing not one order. 3 mobile orders sitting on the counter not even completed. My hash browns are a little warm but still good. She made my Carmel craze latte while I was standing at the counter as well as bagged the donuts. I did see the one later that did serve me working helping other customers and decided to be polite and help me. I applaud because I was running late messing with them. But u relaxed and let her do her thing. I mad h did but know her name because even tho she was moving fast my Carmel latte was so delicious ☺️. Donuts fresh.. Thank you! The wait here is still always so hectic that’s why I order a head!

HORRIBLE customer service. I sent an on-the-go order at 7:04AM and did not walk out the store until 7:16. There were about 5 of us waiting for on the go orders and a good 10 people in line. Workers moving slow and had “don’t care” attitudes. A customer asked to speak with the manager and no one would go get the manager. When the supposed manager, an older Asian male came out and the customer began to speak, he waved her off and walked away and the workers all laughed. I will never patronize this location again!!

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a few months now, and it never disappoints. The consistency is what makes it stand out — my latte always tastes the same, smooth and flavorful. The staff is amazing, they remember my name and order, which makes me feel like part of the family. The shop is always clean and well-kept, and they clearly care about the details. I love the little seasonal specials they do too — it keeps things exciting. The pastries are fresh and pair perfectly with the drinks. Seating is comfortable, and I can always find a spot to relax. It’s rare to find a place with both great coffee and great service. This has become my go-to coffee stop. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Workers are very nice. I’m local. I come here a lot. Unless you come early in the morning, donuts are fresh and soft
but later on in the day, I feel like the donuts will get hard unless they put another batch in the oven. Drinks are very good. I’m not a big fan of their bagels and food, but that’s my opinion. One thing I really also don’t like is that they don’t answer their phone. I know they’re busy in the morning but when it’s less crowded in the evenings, they still don’t answer.

The most insane and disgusting dunkin restaurant I have ever sought, I came in..pregnant ol me for an iced matcha and left at a loss for words. This specific location in an attempts to save money and hurry with drink production uses the same spoon with the same dirty water to stir every drink ( literally after I saw how they made mine) I watched them and soon would recognize that they make all the drinks the same way with the same dirty spoon. The employees played and danced around smacking each other on the bottom cross contaminating between their work place. For stuff like this I really gotta pull out the google review on em because this place is trifling. Now I gotta throw out my matcha smh!

this dunkin is right around the corner from my house & everytime i go there it’s always something wrong with my order & they staff always gives me attitude when i tell them there’s something wrong with my order.. this happened to me yesterday & they tried to tell me this is what i ordered but i know i didn’t even after i showed her the receipt she said i ordered the wrong thing .. all i can say is NEVER AGAIN don’t even waste your money here
