Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorite places in the whole entire world but none of it and I mean NONE of it would have been possible without their greatest worker they’ve ever had—- Sriya. I’ve been coming to this place for a long long time and everytime I’ve ever been and Sriya has been my cashier, she’s always had a wide smile on her face and a warm personality that you just can’t help but smile back to. She’s so caring and sweet and patient and polite and I’m just glad to say that Cliffside park NJ Dunkin is the best Dunkin in the world simply because of Sriya. Thank you again and again!!!

Good location with free parking in the back. Two entrances for convenience. Staff was not attentaive waited a couple minutes until someone came to the counter despite two of the employees talking in the storage closet. The women who took my order was not friendly at all, and reminded me of a zombie. She mixed up my drink order with someone else and she rolled her eyes as if it was our mistake. The latte I ordered was only 3/4 full and I also got charged .50 extra for almond milk. The wraps I got we’re old, the tortillas were hard. Ended up just eating the egg whites which was a mistake since they gave me a horrid stomach ache.

One time they girl charged me 12 goddess wraps or whatever they’re called and she didn’t even make sure the order was right when i asked for one wrap. they also don’t give you your receipt. and they either charge you wrong or correctly kys really a hit or miss

I used to be a regular customer at this location, but yesterday (Friday afternoon) while picking up my iced Americano, I saw one of the girls working take what looked like a new paper filter and put it on the ground before using it.
Even if she was replacing the filter, it’s shocking that a new one would ever be placed on the floor. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again, and I even deleted the app today.

Nancy and Ricky are the best in Dunkin! They treat their customers like family. It’s very clean and the drinks are so good! Love going here. The staff is super sweet. Food is 10/10

Watch the lady, she’s long hair braid. She isn’t grabbing the food with just the paper she’s putting her bare hands on the food. Asked for a new one because she touched it and she threw it away with attitude and grabbed again with her hands with paper but still touched skin to food.

Their hot cappuccino coffee is consistently great—smooth, strong, and perfectly customizable. The donuts are fresh and delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches are a solid option when you’re on the go. It’s a reliable spot for a pick-me-up, and the staff specially server Samrudhi at my local store always make the experience better with a smile. Highly recommend for anyone who wants good coffee without the wait!
