This Dunkin location wasn’t giving out those free mini tote bags with a drink purchase & free donut. They also purposefully gave out small donuts, the size of a child’s palm..
The young woman working the drive through most likely thought I’d ask about the free tote bags, which I didn’t, because she opened the window half way, stuck her hand out to give me the regular bag & didn’t make eye contact, her head was turned the other way. Once I got my drink & donut, she quickly closed the window shut.
This location also doesn’t update their available items on the app, making me purchase things they don’t even have & there’s no way to receive a refund.

Ordered a Mixed Berry Day Dream Refresher Friday Morning without the cold foam only to get home see the ice melt in my drink and discover trash floating in my beverage. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a few months now, there are only two employees who are polite. The rest of are rude and unpleasant. Every so often my drinks are made wrong or I’m given the wrong drink entirely, food comes out burnt or tastes old but I usually just let it be as I understand mistakes happen. Today though I attempted to order my usual drink and was met with attitude, told the refreshers had been discontinued so I opted to get a mango one instead. Well I was charged for a large instead of a medium and was given a refresher with coffee grinds in it! Absolutely disgusting I had to throw it out. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is unacceptable.

I ordered cookie dough ice cream in 2 separate occasions and both times they gave me no cookie dough ice cream but instead an employee creation. I called in and the woman representative said she and the Uber driver agreed on the replacement while chuckling. I think it’s absolutely not funny and extremely unprofessional to play with some one’s food and then charge me for my correct order. I will be reaching out to Coorporate about this.

I went there Jan 28 2026 I ordered Boston cream doughnut and sausage egg and cheese English muffin with cream cheese they only put a little bit so I asked did they charge me for cream cheese she said yes I asked can you add more they took a long eventually I got my food back with an extremely amount of cream cheese on it. I’ll wipe some off because I didn’t think the gesture would impact my food. I hope I’m highly mistaken. Now I have food poisoning. I’m cold vomiting, diarrhea, hot sweating no fever my wife checked if anything happens to me. it probably was displaced.

I usually order through the drive way but it was so busy today I decided to walk in. There were 3 employees (1 making a drink, 1 in the drive up window, and 1 standing by the drive up window) but no one walked to the register to take my order. I spoke to the employee to ask about prices and the employees still made no effort to come to the register. I waited patiently because again the drive through was busy, so I chalked it up to that. Even after a few moments still no one came to the register. That was until a person of another race (I am black) came in and the employee standing next to the window immediately walked to the register and started to take his order. If I had not spoken up, the employee would have completely disregarded me. I never usually write review but this truly had me floored.

I am so piss, i order a loaded Harsh brown ,the lady give a wrap ,when I tell her to change it, she give a nasty look ,when she give the right order it was half way full ,i could not complain,because I was already @work , i was running late ,i know i should have check again , but someone need to do they job properly, every morning almost every one has an attitude , except for one girl, if you do not want to work do not come to work please , I do not have to pay the consequences.
