We ordered from DD almost every Sunday morning for a family of five. There is ALWAYS something missing from our order. We often just let it go without bothering. But one time my son literally got nothing to eat, so my husband went back to tell them what’s going on, the store employee didn’t give what was missing in the bag instead told my husband to bring all our food back. My husband left and we have not order from there for a while. Today after a long time we tried again. Guess what! My son’s breakfast wrap was not in the bag.

Wow – what an unexpected treat. I had my car’s oil changed nearby, so I had to park myself someplace for over an hour. I could go to the diner across the street, but I thought this spot would be more laid back & casual. This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, tho I haven’t been to many. Every table & chair (& the floor!) was sparkling clean. The employees were super-polite & cheerful, and the coffee was straight-up perfect. Tons of customers came in during my stay, and they represented all walks of life, and they, too, were upbeat and friendly to one another. Seemed like lots were regulars. Periodically, a gentleman came around to the tables & gave them a quick cleaning, while greeting customers as they appeared. Lastly, I visited the “ladies’ room,” and that was just as impressive as the rest of the shop. Perfectly clean & well-stocked. This is the place to beat, and the Management should be proud of the employees running this shop. I look forward to frequenting this happiness hut on a regular basis. Thanks to all of you who are true assets to the Dunkin’ family!

This is my go-to location. I drive 35 minutes to get here because I work nearby. I had accidentally placed my order for ASAP pickup rather than scheduling it. I called right away and explained my error – I felt really bad. When I arrived, they prepared my warm food, so it wasn’t sitting out for the half hour. That was very nice of them to do. Additionally, their coffee and food is very consistent. Great location!

This place is pretty shady. The app ordered twice I get there. They give me one full order and half of the other order I turn around and all of a sudden, the half of the mistaken second order is there waiting of course with the language barrier the battle was lost. I come here all the timeas I work in town and easily got dismissed as if they never seen me.

Last week I went to the drive thru at 9:10pm. It was closed! I looked at the hours (very hard to find…1” block letters on the glass ) they’re supposed to close at 10!!?!!
I went tonight at 9:13, the drive thru was open and when I ordered, she said “we don’t have coffee”?
