This place is definitely underrated. We were driving upstate and randomly picked it, and it turned out to be a great stop. It’s right next to the exit and has plenty of parking spaces. The environment is super clean, including the bathrooms.
Besides the environment, the store is equipped with multiple automated ordering machines, which make it easy to order and customize your choices. We discovered the matcha latte and switched our sandwich to a butter croissant, and they also offered the option to warm our muffins. The food is good and served quickly as well. A very pleasant place to stop by during a road trip!

It’s just no reason I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, butter, and lightly toasted. I received a bagel not toasted in anyway no butter and cream cheese was just slapped on. I could’ve made my own bagel!! Do better

I go first time gets my drinks wrong I ask for a lemonade strawberry dragon fruit refresher they give me green tea strawberry dragonfruit refresher and then 2 weeks later I go again I get scammed I say 1 apple braided pie this lady gives me 3 of them and I had to pay 10.20 for them like what?

So upset I came to this place almost 5 minutes before 10pm it was Friday 11th ( April ) and the business hours say closed at 10pm , the employee saw my car pulling over and he decided to lock the door that is very unprofessional, if you can’t wait another 5 minutes to lock the door , then look for another job where you have to respect the hours… then I went to the driver and I don’t know if they just don’t want to serve but there was no croissants for the sandwich … very unprofessional…

It doesn’t matter what time you go you never get greeted. If you order anything Baskin Robins at the register they tell you to go down to the ice cream area. When you go to the ice cream area they tell you you need to order at the actual register. Lord forbid you order an actual drink that requires blending because the attitude comes right out
At first I thought it was just the young employees but after giving this location several chances I have learned that the manager is just as bad. I was waiting in line and the manager passed by 5 times and not once did she say we’ll be right with you. Love Dunkin and Baskin Robins just hate that I really have to decide if going is really worth it. The other biggest problem is the flies, not only are they in the store but in the glass cases as well.

I spent over 10 min at the drive thru waiting in line and when I finally got my iced coffee the ice was already melted. You might want to review your procedures and find out why the delay.

They recently remodeled the inside and the service has gotten even worse. It took 15 minutes to get a small order. The bagel was barely toasted. The employee just do it as quickly as possible while not paying attention to quality. The regional manager needs to step it up and get these people trained. The young employees had no clue what to do and stood there untill the manager said something. They didnt even do my order until i spoke to the manager

Went there to purchase a birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins that was a success. However, the process leading up to it was not that great parking is atrocious. The layout is completely disastrous asking for car accidents to happen. The service was extremely slow always waited 30 minutes to purchase this $40 cake. SMH
