Genuinely some of the worst service at any Dunkin’ I’ve been to, regularly missing items, extremely excessive wait times during non busy hours, staff can be rude on occasion for literally no reason at all. The quality of the food is even slightly less than a typical Dunkin’ would not be my go-to if you can make it to the one on the other end of Main St. This is the worse of the two.

I use this place because it’s the closest to my house, and if I go five times a day, they mess up my order every time. This place has incompetent and irresponsible employees. But I don’t blame them; I blame the owner for hiring inexperienced staff just to pay the minimum wage. I’m not going back to this place; I’d rather drive an extra 10 miles and use a different business.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. We waited about 10 minutes without being helped, even though the store was empty. The staff was neither polite nor welcoming, and the store was dirty with spilled milk on the floor.
We ended up driving to another Dunkin’ to finally get served. I hope this location improves its service and cleanliness.

I only go there because it’s convenient but I hate going there. The wait is long with one person in line. I can’t understand what they say most of the time because either they tired, hungover or on crack sorry to say. Then I have to repeat my order several times. So i order online and they still ask several times. Today I overheard the car in front of me complain that they were giving her milk ice and sugar which to me its terrible. Then its my turn. I had to say good morning and I had to say thank you have a nice day. Got no response. Agree with a previous review that corporate should close. I will not be returning to this one.

I was here on April 7th and was pleased with the quality of their donuts. Also, the coffee was fresh, hot, and made to order. The young man with the scorpion neck tattoo was professional, articulate, and approachable.
I didn’t go inside to place my order, I used their drive thru, hence why I didn’t add stars on the atmosphere.

Same order – three different consistencies – only one with acceptable espresso. This is every time at this Danbury Dunkin. That is when they don’t claim the “machine is down.” With Starbucks closer to my office, I’m officially done donating money for no produce.
