It’s a local Dunkin’ you know what you’re getting, and they do their job. They close at 7, but by around 6:30 the lobby doors are usually locked so the staff can start cleaning. If you roll up late, just use the drive-through and you’re fine.
And for the people leaving angry reviews because they showed up at 6:58 wanting “full service”: relax. I’ve worked in places like this. Employees are expected to have everything spotless the second the clock hits closing, but they’re not given extra time or magic powers. When the lights go off, their pay basically does too.
If you’re going to be mad, be mad at the owners or corporate policies, not the exhausted person behind the counter who’s just trying to finish their shift and go home.

I ordered through the Dunkin’ app as usual and went inside to pick up. There was a short line in the drive through but it went quickly; same for inside. There were plenty of parking and it was a busy lot since people were in and out of the Post Office too. The employees were on their A-game; they were friendly and fast.
I ordered a large, oatmilk, marshmallow, cold foam, and s’mores swirl cold brew; this was absolutely delicious. Also, I tried out the hot honey bacon sandwich; it came with fried egg, hot honey bacon, white cheddar, hot honey, on a toasted croissant, also mouthwatering. The food and drinks came out great, hence the 5 stars; oh and the service was 5 stars too.

The service was absolutely amazing. I was able to talk to the workers about all different flavors and what go add to make the coffees taste different. I showed them how to make a snickerdoodle coffee with a couple different flavors. Such an outstanding place!

The Harwinton Dunkin has been my number one go-to for years. However, the last several times I went, I was extremely disappointed with the attitude I received from the workers at the drive-thru, and most recently, the poor quality of the $7 drink I ordered (it was undrinkable; you can see the layer of caramel just sitting in the bottom) and items just completely missing from my order. I use mobile ordering 99% of the time I go to Dunkin. I know exactly when I placed the order. When I get to the microphone, I’m met with an incredibly snarky “Well, it just came through, you’re going to have to give me a minute.” This has happened multiple times, and it was the same person each time. I worked in food service and retail for many years. There is never any reason to be so rude when you’re working in a public position.

Came here to order a large iced latte, but the latte machine was down, so Denise (we asked her for her name) made a large iced coffee with all the same ingredients. It was delicious! Denise is also very friendly and welcoming, and this is not our first good experience with her 🙂

Rudest staff I have ever encountered at any Dunkin Donuts. The girl was throwing boxes around, spoke in the rudest manner with dirty looks and rolling her eyes, and complaining about having to wait on customers, and trying to get employees who were in the back to come up to wait on customers because she “wasn’t supposed to wait on any customers”. She was saying all of this in front of customers in her headset. Most uncomfortable experience ever and will never go back to that location again.

Every Monday I go there and the past 3 weeks I go at 645pm and the lights are off. Hours say open til 7 however this is not the case and I’ve been very disappointed. So now I will go out of my way to another Dunkin so I’m not inconvenienced with early closing.

As rude as the lady that took my order was to straight up make fun of me for switching my words, my drink was ok and cup wasn’t even full. Her coworker however was very efficient and quick to make my food and apologized for the other girl being rude and childish and I greatly appreciate that as I was very close to saying cancel my order I didn’t ask to be treated poorly. Will be sticking to my usual location from now on but wanted to thank the woman who apologized
