This Dunkin does not care at all about making the orders correctly. It’s all about rushing the food out and getting to the next customer. 8/10 times my order is incorrect. Do not go here! They did not even ask if I wanted my receipt, he just threw it out without asking.

I tried to post pics this place is such a joke!!! One they tried to over charge me m!! Got made when I caught them then the worst part there was hair in my food the drink was made wrong then when I said something one of the girl came over to the window and gives my the most nasty look like I was the one trying to steal money!! Everything sucked but omg the service was the worst go to any other D&D but this one in the south end of torrington is the worst!!! Do BETTER

I just went in there got 2 donuts and 2 strawberry refreshers the donuts were stale and just overall nasty the refreshers weren’t even remotely good we couldn’t even drink them

Great costumer service and very attentive to how you’d like your coffee or any other beverage to be served . Always cracking a smile and very respectful . Placed an app order and my husband picked it up. When he got home I noticed one of the coffees was not the correct size. Called the store to ask if I could pop in tomorrow to get the correct one made since I didn’t get what was ordered and paid for. I was told I could only come when the employee went in to work tomorrow, come back now or when the manager was there. That’s just absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t just stop in when I was out running errands tomorrow to have the mistake corrected. Luckily I never stop at this Dunkin and now I remember why.

What used to be a chore to get coffee from, has turned into my favorite spot in town. My coffee order tastes the same every day, food is hot, service is quick, and the workers are now smiling and hard workers. Management is pleasant and you can tell the workers are being treated well!
