So we live right up the street and we’re not every day Dunkin people.
But over the last few years, especially 2025, we’ve rolled through the drive through in the predawn or otherwise obscenely early hours.. and the place seems to be run very well. Consistently. So there is one particular young man who has totally risen to match my energy each and every time we’ve been there. It’s nice to start the day with a positive interaction, and so far this place is a solid A +the line time, coffee quality, and sandwiches have been on point too.

If they could check the inventory of the particular donut before I pay them. Yes, I paid and then was told that the donut I paid for is not in stock.
Is that rocket science to train staff accordingly? I must add that they were not busy at all. Only one guest quietly eating his stuff on his table. No drive through, nothing.

This location has gotten worst as time has gone on. Prices are worse, and now they’re trying to justify shrinkflation in their drinks. Not filling them up all the way. Also, I get that you might mishear an order, but getting defensive and arguing with the customer is a bad look.

If you get sugar in your coffee, doesn’t it make sense to stir it? Not at Dunkin. I’m there every morning & I stopped going in the afternoon since they can’t stir a coffee. For some reason almost every cup has a mouth full of grounds at the end. So nasty, not worth the money we pay. And I got a Jelly stick recently, curious if there was a shortage of jelly.

It’s the morning crew….. this one lady who takes the orders for drive through will always mess up the order. For example today we asked for a sandwich on a bagel and we said it twice to her but yet was put down as a croissant. For my drink I asked for the French vanilla and she even asked me if it was the sweetener or just the shot and I told her the sweetener. When I got my coffee she put it down as the shot.
We take our time when naming our order because I used to work at Dunkin so I know the stress of trying to get the orders put in fast enough. But it’s every. Single. Time. With this chick.
When we got to the window to pay the guy told us our order back and said the sandwich was on a croissant we told him it was supposed to be a bagel. He went back to let them know, we got the sandwich shortly after and it was still in a croissant. When given back to the guy he rolled his eyes at us.
I get it working in this industry, we were polite as can be through the whole thing because I know no one is perfect we mess up but. Be more polite.

Donuts are always fresh and coffee is made well. Breakfast sandwiches are made to perfect temperature. Staff is ok, depending on who’s working. Lately there been a few miserable looking people who are there just to do they’re jobs, not to make you feel welcomed. The biggest issue with this place is parking. It’s located on a very busy street 500 feet before a traffic light, so good luck getting out of the drive through and back onto the road. You can tell the people on the road are fed up with the traffic that this location as caused. Nobody wants to let you in, so you have to wait for a clear opening. If it weren’t for the fresh food I wouldn’t go here.

They are nice enough but can never get my iced macchiato right. Smh…have to come home and make coffee just to add to this large cup of iced milk. Supposed to be iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso….well it’s barely even coffee of any sort. I just keep going back almost every day hoping for the right coffee but nope. I went to the DD down the street twice and each time the coffee was on point. It’s not just this location though….it’s like all of them….so it really come down to who is making the drink. For the sake of coffee addicts…..please get the order right.
