My wife got a five dollar coupon for her birthday. We hit Dunkin on the way to Danbury. Very clean inside. She got a frozen coffee with french vanilla. It tasted delicious. I gave it a four instead of a five due to the time to make it. We placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes later. I told the guy up front I was waiting for a mobile order and what the name was. Nobody else was in the store, customer after customer went through the drive-through. An employee coming off break asked if he can help me. I told him what I was there for. He checked a different printer and found the order. He apologized and made the drink very quickly. Five stars to him, four overall.

The employees are all so very great. As for the Landlord or whoever is in charge of the building? Shame on you. You Make those employees work in unbearable conditions because you are too cheap to fix an air Conditioner? You pay your employees so very little, at least give them a decent environment to work in the icing on the donuts. Looks like it is melting off of the donuts. Terrible way to run an establishment.

Manager says they will not be getting more donuts in and they don’t make donuts at the location.

employees were a pleasure, the store owner on the other hand, shame on you. It’s 95 degrees outside and about 110 degrees inside the store. How could you possibly make people work in those conditions? How about fixing the air conditioner, genuinely feel bad for the employees.

Absolutely disgusting place. They prepared a bagel with cream cheese and added hair for extra flavor. I brought it back. Did they apologize? Heck no. All I got was attitude for politely pointing out that customer service is 100% sub expectations and they should get trained to do better for their customers. Even better was when a friend of the staff chimed in telling me that I should get my GD bagel at home – plus extra profanity and hate speech from that friend when she saw me in the parking lot

On May 21, 2023 I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, a drink I’ve ordered a hundred times at my home location. They put the wrong flavor and no oat milk and looked extremely watery so I asked them to remake it and the two ladies at the front were extremely rude and gave me an attitude, one of them asked what my problem was. They remade my drink the exact same. I tried to just drink it but could not do it – it was horrible. Finally a man addressed me, so much more respectul, and remade my drink correctly. But I will not be going back there thanks to those two ladies.

Love this location! Kind staff, fast service, and always get my order right. They sometimes even put the frosting side of the donuts facing up when they put it in the bag! That’s very rare for dunkin.
