I have gone to this particular Dunkin a few days a week since I have moved to the area about a year ago.
Consistent quality in both customer service and food/drinks. The staff has always been polite and oriented towards getting the customers order correct even if some days it seems they are stressed or busy!

What is wrong with this place? NEVER had a problem until recently. I asked for less ice in my coffee and they wanted to charge me more money. I BELIEVE an iced coffee cost more than a regular coffee correct? I am paying for the coffee regardless. I’m sorry D&D, you lost a customer.

I’ve worked at Dunkin before, so I know what good customer service looks like…and this wasn’t it. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a flat “What would you like?” that was hard to even hear. The interaction at the window wasn’t much better, with an attitude that was honestly disturbing. This location can and should do better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location with Natasha. When I requested no foam on my drink, she snapped over the microphone saying, “There’s no foam.” However, when I received my drink, half of the cup was filled with foam.
When I showed her while emptying it out, she began raising her voice and told me, “That’s what happens when they warm the milk.” I tried to explain that this is exactly why I had requested no foam in the first place. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she continued to argue with me with a very unprofessional attitude.
After going back and forth, she finally remade my drink correctly, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. I expect better customer service, especially when politely requesting something simple.

Morning Crew is great and the only time to go there. Afternoon and evening is a total irritating waste of time. Yet again went there for lunch around noon place was slow. no drive thru customers.3 customers inside . No service not even an acknowledgement that I was there at the counter. Total waste of time to drive someplace try to spend money and get treated like you are bothering them. Yet again prices raised will not be back.150.bucks a week saved THANKS

My son & I got some donuts and frozen lemonade my sons was fine, but after a little bit I noticed brown chunks in mine and my son’s didn’t have anything like that in his. It’s disgusting I will never go there again!!
