The trend at most Dunkin’ donuts lately seems to be filling my drink to the brim creating a situation where it either leaks or if the cover pops off creates a messy and painful situation if it happens to spill on your leg or any other part of your body.. is this done for spite or do they believe that they’re giving you some extra added value by doing that? For the record, Starbucks has done this to me as well at the location in Watertown.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! No wonder they have such high reviews! They were so fast and everything came out perfectly which is kind of rare when you order ice lattes they’re either too light or too dark too sweet not sweet enough.. The icing on the cake was the friendly service and what seemed to be the manager making sure everyone’s order is correct in the pick up line. The manager greeted me and everyone else with a big smile, we appreciate it.

Coffee is inconsistent! Sometimes good , sometimes awful. I order hot coffee & it’s served lukewarm. They need to clean their coffee urns more often. & toss out old coffee at least every hour
