Drink was already an inch down, could barely get straw in and when I drank it this is how much ice was in the drink. Drink tasted good but what a rip off.

I ordered mobile and holy disappointment. Usually I have an okay experience here but I don’t know what the hell was happening in that kitchen. Not only did they forget an entire item, my bagel with cream cheese magically turned into a bacon egg and cheese. Unbelievable.

A great central meeting place in the heart of Litchfield, super convenient along Route 202, just don’t expect a drive through at this location. It’s up to you if you’re looking for a coffee shop that also sells donuts OR a donut shop that also happens to sell coffee. Ha. The debate continues!

The ladies and the gentleman with the colored hair during the Night-time. Are always a pleasure to be around let alone talk to, something new everyday! Never boring they always brew the hot coffee fresh awesome, i don’t mind waiting the 3 minutes for my coffee, especially since it’s fresh and hot, sometimes we get a free donut! Always love it here at this place would definitely recommend coming here to all friends and family. Great people, Excellent service, and a nice environment. Never a bad experience with them. They deserve a raise.

I’m with the other comment regarding the floors being mopped during business hours. My friend almost took a dive on them. And the staff was totally clueless about our orders. Literally, all the Dunkin Donuts have gone down the drain in my opinion! Really! Each one we go to is the same! They have to put the cream in your coffee? You can’t make your own anymore?! You ask for just a few drops of milk in your coffee and they give it to you looking like milk! I had to ask them to make me another one. Eventually the loss of money from pouring out coffee will catch up.
I know Starbucks may be a bit more expensive, but the service and the coffee are much better. The coffee tastes like coffee and not dishwater!

I have no idea why there was so much noise or why the floors had to be mopped when the dining room was so filled with people but there we are. Too noisy from the drying fan and dangerous from the sloppy wet floor. We got our lattes and went to sit in the car as the dining room at this time was most inhospitable.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin’ locations, primarily because of larger and more spacious indoor seating. It’s especially nice during cold weather months, sitting by their fireplace with some hot chocolate and a donut. Food quality is on par with other locations, which is typically pretty solid for quick breakfast food. Staff can vary depending on time of day, some can be friendly, while others you feel they’re just rushing you through. Overall still one of the better locations in northwestern Connecticut.
