The assistant manager (Kelly) has a bad attitude. I ordered a medium toffee nut frozen coffee on the app and picked up from inside. When I saw it was missing the whipped cream (how it comes and is pictured in the app) I asked her if she could add it to the coffee. She looked at the sticker on the cup and said, that’s not how it’s made. I proceeded to pull up the app and show her and said oh, it shows it like this. She walked over to the register, tapped on the screen (as if to look up that specific coffee) and said it’s not pictured that way on my side. I again asked if she could just put it on top (not too difficult of a task, seeing as it IS how its made). She told me she would have to charge me for it if she did. My boyfriend (who was standing there for the whole conversation) said he would pay for it to be on there, and she said she couldn’t do it. Why even say that if it’s not an option? I have NEVER had an experience like that there OR ANY Dunkin.

Ordered a coffee w cold foam when it came out it had no cold foam and was half a way full when I said “excuse me I asked for cold foam” then the lady yelled “I’m busy” and another lady came over and and put whipped cream on top (when I had already paid for cold foam) and yelled at me “I don’t care I said I’m busy!”. I usually wouldn’t care but cold foam is super expensive and the manager was extremely rude

Went here for a bagel and coffee. As I waited for my bagel to be toasted the woman that was doing the toasting for the bagels knelt down to cough into her right hand which is gloved and then grabbed my bagel from the toaster with her gloved right hand (didn’t change gloves) to give to the guy working to her left to put cream cheese on my coughed on toasted bagel. This was after she had just scolded another employee that was not working from going behind the counter and trying to get free food from what I overheard. Disgusting

This is one of the nicer Dunkin’ locations, primarily because of larger and more spacious indoor seating. It’s especially nice during cold weather months, sitting by their fireplace with some hot chocolate and a donut. Food quality is on par with other locations, which is typically pretty solid for quick breakfast food. Staff can vary depending on time of day, some can be friendly, while others you feel they’re just rushing you through. Overall still one of the better locations in northwestern Connecticut.

A great central meeting place in the heart of Litchfield, super convenient along Route 202, just don’t expect a drive through at this location. It’s up to you if you’re looking for a coffee shop that also sells donuts OR a donut shop that also happens to sell coffee. Ha. The debate continues!

This used to be a great DD location. Staff was trained well in customer service in the past, but I’ve had several extremely negative experiences with staff over recent months.
