This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in all of U.S.A and i will expain why i say the whole U.S.A below!! I work in avon/canton so i stop for coffee at all the places in between waterbury and Avon/Canton and when i stop at other Dunkins i wish that i could have this Dunkins team in everyone i go to. You could see that the manager running this place makes her employees want to come to work by the way thier attitudes make you feel good and make you feel that they are there yes for a pay check but also because they enjoy thier time at work. The coffee is always spot on and never has a burnt taste. I never went through the drive thru and had to return because something wasnt made right. The manager moves the lines fast because you can tell she builds relationships with her customers and knows most of there orders which makes the process fly. The seating is so comfy and the inside is always clean. I have yet to step into a Dunkin that compares to this place and i lived in California and Flordia for 1 year each and like i said before i really wish when i walk into a dunkin in California or Florida or Connecticut that this place is the one i walk into and these employees especially the management team is there! What a pleasent experience. Today i spilled my coffee inside the store and the manager was more worried that i was ok then what carpet i stained,and as bad as i wanted to clean it the manager Liz and another employee made sure i was cleaned up first and then they both cleaned the floor and your couldnt notice coffee was even spilled there. Im a business owner and i would love to have especially the manager but even the employee’s work for me!! ABSOLUTELY #1 DUNKIN HANDS DOWN!!

I walked in to pick up a order. As I walked in there was a employee throwing a vocal fit because a customer in the drive through ordered a small and then wanted a large or something. Then when I texted the customer to see if the needed anything while I wait for the food. She came over told me the food was being made. The. Went back to work but said at a normal volume not even under breath I saw you hit the order not ready thing though. Just pure disrespect. For how many dubkins there are I will be sure to avoid this one

3 days now I have ordered from this store on Uber eats. I keep asking for just a powdered donut and for 3 straight orders I have been sent a jelly donut, which I am not a fan of. I dont understand how hard it can be to tell the a powdered and jelly donut apart.

Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I’d caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you’re satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.
