I had a Uber eats breakfast from here everything was wrong not one thing was right. I had ordered a bagel and a light coffee extra sweet and nothing about that coffee was right. I had also not received my bagel or my bacon egg and cheese I did receive hashbrowns that I did not order. The workers should take some more time to get customers orders right.

Once again service is horrible. Need to be trained in how to treat customer. Telling .e that I need to know what I want to order before getting to screen. The screen is what makes one see whats new and make one change their .o d seening all the new stuff. Rep was pushy and was telling me that I cant be changing my mind. Also that I need to know what your order before getting ro screen. Never have that been and issue. Very rude.

Do not go to this one in Stratford they’re selling lattes in a cup that you usually get regular coffee or tea in. They told me that’s the cup they give as you can see in the pictures that’s not the proper cup. I go to Dunkin everywhere else and for the expensive price of a latte you get a bigger cup because there’s whipped cream and that takes up a good amount of space so they’re not supposed to be serving it in this tiny cup for the amount it cost

This is my favorite dunkin to visit in the morning. All three ladies in here are so nice and caring. They make sure to start my morning off amazing each day! My coffee is always perfect and the donuts are always fresh. My sandwhich is always hot and freshly cooked and the hasbrowns are never burned. I live by this Dunkin!

Every morning I go in for the same order as I walk in the girl at the register (shresta) is already saying my order for confirmation making me feel like coming back to just this one dunkin.. they are all so nice and have amazing customer service! Highly recommend becoming a regular here!

Bit into a cold sausage egg n cheese when i asked for a new one they put the sandwich i just bit back into the ovens they cook everyone else’s food which is disgusting and unsanitary finally the angry manager agreed to make a new one but then put the blame for there mess up on me as if i was trying to get over on them for a cold sandwich i took one bite of. She said next time she will not give another and if the cheese is melted then the sandwich is hot. She then told me the sandwich is not cheap and thats why i cant get another like i don’t know i just bought it. Im not one to leave reviews this is my first one If you like unsanitary food come here. Nasty people. Any other dunkin is your safest bet

This place is awful, I come here because it’s around the corner from my house and for 2 weeks every order I bought was completely wrong. The line takes forever. The card reader doesn’t work and they never give the correct amount of change. I will no longer go here. I will drive all the way to the dunkin on honey spot instead of coming here. This place needs an over haul.
