Good for sugary comfort food and coffee. Usually a short line, longer at mealtimes and rush hours. Usually friendly, reasonably competent staff. The more nutritious offerings are unappetizing. Most have operational restrooms.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review, but just want to warn others about the dirty conditions at this Dunkin. I used the bathroom and it looked like something out of a horror film. Urine and hair everywhere. Upon walking out of the bathroom, the air conditioner was leaking and dripping water out into a puddle on the floor with no wet floor sign in sight. The conditions behind the counter did not look much better with crumbs and trash all over the floor. I planned on ordering food, but after seeing how they take care of everything else I definitely wouldn’t trust it. Go to the Starbucks down the street.

I ordered through the mobile app at this place and pick it up and I went and sat my car to eat, I ordered the $6 deal and the hash browns were absolutely left over and reheated I got the iced coffee as well with unsweetened flavor black and towards the end of drinking it there was a ton of sugar at the bottom and I am diabetic and it increased my blood sugar immensely

There’s a new manager at this location, and the positive changes are already noticeable. The store is cleaner, the staff are finally wearing uniforms and treating customers with respect, and the beverages have significantly improved. It’s clear that this new leadership is bringing renewed hope for a better customer experience.

I came in today and ordered a chocolate stout cold brew as is the special product at this time advertised on their screens inside. However, it wasn’t even close to how its supposed to be. No cold foam, just thrown together like an ice coffee. There was a puddle of mocha syrup on the bottom before I stirred it. The label shows that they heard what I ordered and couldn’t manage to make it correctly.

Travel to Trumbull and looking for a Dunkin’s Donuts, which I miss so many years. Google pointed me to this store. What a disappointment! Service is sucks here, bagel is half toasted, … this is not the same Dunkin’s I used to have many years ago in CT.
