I just left this location with a frozen ham and cheese croissant stuffer that should have been hot. When it’s not one thing is the other with Dunkin’ Donuts. Endorsement from here on I guess Starbucks is my new place. One thing I can say is if people do not have work values at a place like Dunkin’ Donuts you will not have them either at any other position or significant employer.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Three times I have tried to patronize this location (because of their proximity to my job) and never have they been able to fulfill my order. I couldn’t get an iced coffee on my first visit; no frozen chocolate on my second; and no decaf hot coffee on my third. In all cases, the clerks indicated they didn’t have any of those items available. I have communicated my frustration to corporate Dunkin Donuts, but nothing improves. My visits are always in the afternoon, but that is no reason not to have regular drink items available. If you don’t want to do business, then close your location.

Went in and there’s completely different people than usual working there so it explains the plummet in service. Ordered a sandwich and the cashier read back my order correctly. I guess the sandwich maker didn’t care to read her screen because I was given something completely different. Dunkin has run it’s course.

This place used to be my secret hideaway bc the girls who worked there were so good they knew your drink when you walked in. Now the staff is disconnected and barely talk but ok to go if you know how to make it and give them exact details. It’s still a favorite when I don’t want a line.

I love this Dunkin the staff is the Friendliest and get your order perfect everytime. I live close by and it is also very conveniently located by the laundry mat so you can grab a bite and a delicious caffeinated drink while you do your wash.
