Missing a toilet seat in the women’s room and when we joked with the barista that there should be a toilet seat she unenthusiastically replied, “I just work here.” Not impressed with her customer service skills or the half-assed bathroom facilities. The food and drinks were fine, nothing to write home about.

I just went to this dunkin and got the avocado toast which is one of the only things i can order there since i’m vegetarian. i ordered the normal one and when i opened it there was little pieces of bacon all in the guac. that should not be happening if i didn’t order the avocado toast with bacon.

I’ve been dining in and taking out from here for years. This particular Dunkin always has the best staff. Workers move on and the new ones always seem to fit with the old. Super fast service even when problems arise. For the amount of foot traffic, the inside is always in order, stocked and clean. When I travel and visit other Dunkin’s, I always find myself wishing I was at this store. Thank you for consistently providing great service.

While Dunkin’ is known for its popular drinks, I noticed a bit of a gap in customer service during my recent visit. The location wasn’t busy, but I still felt that I wasn’t given much attention at the counter. I might have been more willing to wait if I felt taken care of. Despite this, I still love Dunkin’!

Today morning i went through driveway they took to much time to make the order i said carmel latte with almond milk but they gave with normal milk. And i ordered french cruller but they gave me glazed donut . Almost i wait like 15 to 20 mins but they gave everything wrong . And the customer service is to bad .when we keep the car near to the window where we pay they are not taking the customers . They are cracking some jokes . Very bad customer service . This was not a good place to visit .

I always get my coffee and snacking bacon for my wife. This place is special to me because an employee that was working there name Gloria saved my wife Crystal life by calling 911 when she was in the middle of having a stroke. Gloria is so kind and is a great person because she took care of my Crystal when she needed help. Hey everyone reading this go to Dunkin donuts in Orange CT and give a big shout out to Gloria.
