Alicia had the best customer service with the warmest smile. I came in the location tired and a little discombobulated from the ride over and paid full price for my tea and she recommended the French crueller. I hadn’t eaten one in years. Brought back nostalgic vibes when my mother would be the only person I know to eat them. It was a nurturing interaction that brought me life. Please protect her at all cost. She could definitely handle management. If she isn’t already.

How rude. The past three times I come to this place to get my macchiato they forget to give me my Stevia, this time I told the girl take an order please don’t forget my Stevia she said I don’t make the coffee sir. Basically she said it’s not my problem. Well you know what? You can keep your coffee because I left your drive-through line now you can drink your coffee without the Stevia. How rude?

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. We arrived at 8:25 PM, well before closing at 9:00, and the employee made it very clear he didn’t want to serve us. He acted annoyed from the start and, after reluctantly taking our order, he didn’t even give us all of it. When we asked about the missing items, he rudely insisted we already took them—even though we were standing there empty-handed. Instead of fixing the issue, he told us to “leave” and even threatened, “don’t make me come out.”
This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If the store is advertised as open until 9:00, customers should be treated with respect up until closing time. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back!
I went to Dunkin’ Donuts tonight around 8:25 PM to grab a coffee, and the guy working there was unbelievably rude. He told me they close at 9:00 PM but refused to serve me, saying they were already closed. When I asked why, he started yelling at me in front of other customers! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you close at 9, you should serve customers until 9, not turn them away 35 minutes early. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’.

Never coming here again. I came to get my food remade from a Dunkin down the street. They refused to make it with attitude saying they couldn’t bc it’s not the same owner. While I used to be a store manager at Dunkin’ and understand that. There’s a customer service common courtesy rule Dunkin’ has to just remake it for the customer. If their boss was there they would’ve remade it. But bc the sandwich station person didn’t feel like it they said no. So disappointed as I usually come to this one. Not anymore

Worst DD in the world. Waited 20 mins without drive thru line moving, it’s worst than a traffic jam. If you go inside it’s empty no customer still have to way an eternity for a coffee. Smh

I usually go to this spot for convenience…I went inside today and was served by the nicest server, Alan. Very polite, quick service. Packed my items in a cool bag that has a cup holder, don’t know if these are new but pretty neat.

I ordered a cup of coffee and a cup of hot water(since I had my own tea.) They charged me $3.79 for a tea. I accidentally spilt the water out and I went back to the refill and said they were going to charge me again to put a little more hot water in my cup. Unbelievable. I’m going to report this store to corporate.

I have lived in the area for some time, and it used to look like a community coffee shop seats are changed.Now it’s allow for folks to sit in (homeless for vision purposes). In the dd and sleep!? I’m not against homeless it’s just I didn’t know this is the new image.
