Had the best service!!! Asjah ( got her name from the receipt) went above and beyond! I know it may seem simple but putting a hot beverage cup around my iced latte so that my hands wouldn’t freeze was an awesome idea and honestly saved my fingers from freezing in this cold weather. Thank you so much for that attention to detail. Also my drink was perfect!! Everything was!

This dunkin used to be really good. Now, you repeat yourself multiple times making order, only to get things wrong or not at all.(Possibly both) You go in to ask for corrections and it still comes out wrong.

I love this branch of Dunkin Donuts because of it’s easy accessibility and nearness to the road. The service is awesome and the staffers are polite. I like to visit here in the coolness of Saturday Evening. There’s also wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

When ordering a frosted doughnut, why do the server constantly put the frosted side facing the bottom of the bag?
The reason we buy it frosted is because we want to eat it with the frosting on it. My child came home yet again with a frosted donut melted to the bottom of the bag, he did not want a plain donut. It costs almost $2 for a donut with some frosting and it’s unfair the server’s do not care enough about the customers to ensure their food is properly bagged
Shame on them, it’s a good thing you do not work for tips..

I visited this place and asked to use the restroom, but was told that there isn’t one available for customers. It was disappointing, especially considering that many similar places offer basic facilities. I hope this is something they can consider improving in the future.”

It’s extremely hot inside! I’m talking completely and uncomfortably hot. I can be inside for no more than 2 minutes and start sweating. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work in there for hours at a time. Other than the heat factor, I have no complaints.

Not being from here visiting I accidentally pre-ordered my coffee at the wrong location instead of the woman being helpful she laughed at me. Very disturbing & disrespectful. I wasn’t expecting anything when I showed her my order she was very rude & said you have to go there to get it. Very confused I said where that’s when she laughed at me. Really is that customer service? At did get my coffee where I was supposed to but even THEY made it wrong. Wow I thought Dunkin was better than that!

I’m sorry I love my Dunkin workers everywhere! But the Dunkin in downtown New Haven on Church is awful for the employees and the customers!! I blame management and the owner. You guys are packed in the morning and make good money for your own pockets, but this was the worst experience ever and I have done plenty of reviews. To the owner, put more workers on the morning shift and organize your store because it’s hectic in the a.m and with people starting their day the way they did this morning,I don’t know if they would come back! I know that was my last time giving my money to a owner that cares less.
